Do not recommend

Placed order on 10/17/25 and expected delivery date was 10/25/25. On 10/28/25 the status was still showing pending fulfillment so after a phone call to customer service and being told the shipping date is now January 2026 I asked cancel my order. I now have to wait 2-3 days for a decision on my cancellation request. I’d like to note I went on the website and when I added The same product to my cart it shows a delivery date of 11/5/25 so it looks like they are purposely being dishonest to get the orders.

Horrible customer service

Horrible customer service! My first and last time dealing with this company. I first ordered a set of nerf bars for my truck that came damaged and were the wrong ones for my vehicle even though their sites states guaranteed fit. I made the mistake of then ordering a more expensive brand off their site to get Nerf bars on my truck, and after 10 days of non-shipment and a bunch of run around from their customer service on the phone over days, I was finally told the reason they never shipped was because the company that was supposed to ship them said they were discontinued. Had I not kept calling, I would have still been waiting for these nerf bars because their customer service couldn't even send an email after repeatedly stating they would call and find out why they haven't shipped over a span of a week. So now I have to wait yet again for a refund so that I can start over with a reputable company and get the nerf bars I've been trying to get for weeks. Don't bother with this company. They just list stuff on their website without knowing if they can even actually get you the parts or not

Julie H. is the Best!

I did a chat on the website with Julie H. who was very knowledgeable and understood what I was asking her. She made the whole experience wonderful with her quick responses. She even set up a link directly on the chat for me to pay for the item directly from that link. I will ask for her the next time I order an item. Shipping was quick and I was kept informed about the whole process via email. Great experience.

I ordered a truck bed cover

I ordered a truck bed cover. After a couple months I realized I don't have the strength to to "buckle" the cover down. I email Truetruck and was told they don't have a fix for that and the clamps have to be tight to prevent it from coming lose. So I guess I'm the only older lady with this problem?! What about a short guy?
Now I have it clamped down with bungee cords!!
Not really happy about this.

I ordered an UnderCover for a 2025 Ford…

I ordered an UnderCover for a 2025 Ford Maverick 4.5' bed and you shipped a BakFlip for a Ram 5.5' bed. This was a birthday present that has now been completely missed. On top of that, you wouldn't even send the return shipping label for 4-5days, further delaying the shipping of the correct cover. So, I had to pay for a second cover just to expedite the shipping. Very poor customer service when your company clearing made a huge error.

non-existent customer service. AVOID THIS COMPANY

Customer service is a joke. Tried to cancel an order within hours of the initial placement(due to the wrong bed size), and the only response I received was that the order was shipped a few days later. Processed the return(tracking shows the part was delivered back to the factory), and again ZERO response from realtruck after a week regarding the return or a refund. Now I have to open a dispute through my credit card. Never again

Great product and completely satisfied…

Great product and completely satisfied with the sales folks in helping me get the best price for the hard cover that I was looking for. Delivery was fast, less than 48 hours to my doorstep. My only negative was the written installation instructions...very poor. Was struggling until I found that the RealTruck website had an install video. If I had found that from the start I could have installed the cover in less than 30 minutes.

Sales Order # 6657547

We placed an order on Sept 22, 2025.
Tried to expedite the shipment making sure all parts were in one warehouse so we coiuld get parts quickly.
The ordering part was smooth it's the parts in between that got all sideways.
Please refund us for the part we didn't receive part # 19-05014-90.
We have already made other arrangments to take care of our Client.

1st encounter and miserable fail, NO accountability

I had never done business with this company before, but I recently trusted them with parts for my truck following an accident. I called to place my order (not online) and spoke with Butch. This was my very first interaction with the company.

During the call, Butch talked me out of a less expensive set of nerf bars and into a more expensive one, claiming the cheaper option would fill with water. Later, I discovered that both were made of the same material, carried the same warranty, and that the “holes” he mentioned were actually mounting holes, which wouldn’t have been an issue once installed.

I also needed a brush guard. Despite Butch’s negative comments about the model I wanted, I ordered it anyway. I paid in full at the time of purchase. After that, I never received another call. Instead, I got emails saying the brush guard was out of stock and couldn’t be ordered. Then came more emails trying to sell me a different grille guard—80% more expensive and for the wrong vehicle.

After four days of constant, inconsistent emails, I called to find out what was happening. That’s when I discovered my entire order had been canceled—supposedly “at my request.” This was only my second conversation with the company, and I never requested a cancellation. When I asked who canceled it, no one could give me an answer. I was told Jacquelyn would call me back. That never happened. Instead, I got a letter asking if I wanted to repurchase part of the order they themselves had canceled. To make things worse, they had the wrong vehicle info and didn’t even have my correct address.

This company has been inconsistent, unaccountable, and unwilling to stand by the “values” they claim. On their site, they list one of their values as:

“ACCOUNTABILITY - Take ownership, - keep promises, find solutions.”

My experience was the complete opposite: make promises, badmouth the product, mess up, fail to follow through, cancel without confirmation, and then take no responsibility, just send an email for closure.

For comparison, I placed orders with Rock Auto, Summit, and Car Parts on the same day—and already received my parts without a single hassle, and in most cases, at a cheaper price.

Final Thoughts:
There is zero chance I’ll ever do business with this company again. Before you buy, ask yourself why their website shows nearly all 5-star reviews while Trustpilot rates them at 3.2 stars. It appears that they’re filtering out everyday experiences to inflate their service and draw you in.

Good luck if you decide to take the risk. I'd go with Summit, Rock Auto, or Car Parts. I will never do business with them again.

So far they have scammed me....

Put in an order for a tonneau cover about a month ago. Still haven't received it. Talked to customer service twice and no real leads, and were nasty. Of course they had no problem taking my money when I placed the order. If they don't fulfill my order in the next few days I will have to cancel and hope they refund my money or I will have to get the bank involved.
