Strongest Features of RealtyJuggler

RealtyJuggler’s strongest features are its contact management, calendar, transaction management system, follow-up via individual emails and letters as well as bulk emails and mass printed letters, the built-in content including drip campaigns, email greeting cards and individual letters as well as being able to text clients. The ability to create and modify content, Google integration for Contacts and Calendar, built-in tasking as well as the ability to create task plans as well as campaigns that mix tasks and emails, all of the integrations with lead sources, webpages and other external services.
The biggest weakness is limitations of the template editor which has a pretty basic feature set.

Best deal tracking of any Real Estate CRM

RealtyJuggler is an excellent online Real Estate CRM for individuals (like me) as well as small teams. Here are the things that I think that they do better than anyone else:

Emails get to client inboxes - almost as well as when I send an email directly from my own gmail. They also have tracking, so I can see if someone opens my emails and of course they let me know about bounces and opt-outs.

They have a LOT of built-in content. Business letters in English and "American" Spanish as well as eCards for things like birthdays and closing anniversaries as well as Holiday cards for both the USA and Canada. They also have a huge flyer library - not just box fliers, but fliers that you would hand out at open-houses about the home buying process as well as flyers that you would use for listing presentations.

One of the features that isn't software is that they answer the phone during business hours - and the phone is answered by a tech that really knows the software. You don't get passed from person to person. Everyone I've talked to there really knows the product and is really patient. They have a bunch of tutorial videos with close captions in English and Spanish, but if you need an answer quickly, there is nothing like calling and getting your questions answered immediately. Honestly, that is the biggest reason I've been with them for years even though I've changed brokerages several times - their support.

Oh, and 7 or 8 years ago they started offering scheduled training, which can really help getting started, but I've found it valuable for learning sections of the system that I haven't looked at yet. For example, getting started with texting - I never would have got through the setup without them being on the phone with me, every step of the way. I'm good at selling houses, not tech stuff.

Finally, deal tracking - which is why I started writing this review in the first place. As far as I know, only RealtyJuggler covers every aspect of the deal process from lead, to active buyer / seller, all the way through to close and post close. They also track commissions and other income, as well as tracking expenses, so my accountant is happy at tax time.
