No response from company requesting a refund

I am very disappointed with Rebellion Body app and did not know that I would be charged automatically for another year. I thought I only signed up for one year but the payment was recurring. I requested a refund the day the charge hit my account - emailed through website: rebellionbody.com - no response from company. There is no number to contact. I tried again today as I have not used the subscription for the this year at all and removed the app. At least I should get a response. Very frustrated as this did not help me. I tried it for a year - no one gets back to you very disappointed.

AVOID

AVOID! I signed up for group coaching as the woman who runs this company seemed charming & supportive on instagram. It appears to be similar to other coaching programs except
Rebellion Body charge $1,275
Other programs $1,200 - both for 12 weeks
Rebellion & others give 3 sets of macros & 2 x workout programs in that 12 weeks. Both use the true coach app
Rebellion only allows connection in the facebook group (they both have facebook groups). You cannot message your coach directly, they don’t look at your macros or at your progress on workouts. You don’t upload videos of your form. For the 12 weeks Denise lectures weekly on macros, exercise etc which she believes is very educational & unique.
Other programs (for less $) allow unlimited contact with your coach, uploaded videos of form, weekly zooms with your coach 1:1 & proper coaching. There is no coaching with Rebellion body group coaching, my coach never answered anything on facebook & you have to share your problems etc on facebook so that the group can read & maybe help or be helped.
After the 12 weeks your true coach app is no longer connected & everything in there (progress photos, metrics (weight, waist, hips) & workouts are gone.
If you want a personalised plan Rebellion body doesn’t give it in group coaching, its generic 10,000 steps a day, 100oz water a day etc.
The woman who runs the program seems very supportive & genuine until you say something even mildly critical in the facebook group (your only point of contact) then she seems quite hostile and toxic.
You’ll get proper ‘distance’ coaching from other programs (which the woman who set up rebellion did before setting up her ‘coaching’) but you’ll still lose all the information in the app once the program ends.
Hope this helps people not to get caught up in the marketing. With Rebellion body, group coaching is released on a set day & if you don’t sign up quickly you’ll miss out as it might sell out in 10 minutes according to the owner. It actually took several days but panicked people into buying (including me). The other programs have waiting lists of about 8 weeks which is much more professional and less shopping channel ‘buy it before it’s sold out’.
You only see the odd ‘success’ story from Rebellion Body, I know of several other women who have been very disappointed and upset with the program. You have been warned!
