Keep getting number not available
Bought credit to make international calls, and each time I tried to make a call I kept getting number not available, albeit i know the number works because am trying to call my bank internationally. I reached out to customer service, and they gave all sorts of excuses
Making an international call shouldn't be this difficult, i just need my refund back
Disappointing customer service. Instead of taking responsibility and solving the issue, they kept giving me stupid excuses why it might not work, then just give me my money back ????

I would give this company negative stars if I could. They kept charging me without my knowledge and the app never allowed me to make any calls saying I have no active subscriptions. I was a long term customer. So I ended up buying alternate service with another company since there was no way Rebtel was letting me even add top ups or review my subscription.
I then noticed my credit card was charged for more than 1 year wihtout my knowledge while they said i have no subscriptions and did not let me make calls. So I emailed their pathetic customer service and they kept telling me they could not refund the amount and never bothered to understand the reality of the situation. Very sad, sorry state of affairs. I did not know Swedish companies are so unhappy, stuck up and pathetically rude.
BIG mistake buying their service and keeping it in the first place. PLEASE DO NOT FALL FOR THIS COMPANY. They are a disgrace to the word CUSTOMER SERVICE. Not sure why and how they are even open and operating.

What kind of shitty service do you offer?
I tried to call several italian landlines without answer, then I tried to call mobile ones and, for some they couldn't hear my voice at all, while with others I was redirected to Indian numbers?
What is this? Fortunately, I had free credits.
At least Viber works.

I am experiencing a persistent issue with the Rebel app.
All my international calls are being disconnected automatically after approximately 2 to 3 minutes, regardless of the country I am calling. This issue occurs consistently on every call.
I have tested multiple destinations and the problem remains the same.
Could you please investigate this issue and advise on the cause?

Tips to help you
The app works, depending on country it can be expensive. I was unsure about using it because of other reviews where people have described it as a scam, having now used it myself and confirmed it works I recommend:
- make sure you turn off “auto top ups” in settings there’s where a lot of people get done
- only use WiFi where you can and make sure you turn off phone lines and mobile data in call set up as that seems to cost more
