I brought the Galaxy buds 2 pro but…
I brought the Galaxy buds 2 pro but received the 1 pro. Sent a message to Rebuy and they instructed me to return the product because they didn't have the product anymore but funny thing is that is still available online to buy, but for a higher price that I afforded. Because of Rebuy's error, I didn't receive what I expected and now the customer who is suffering the consequences. Worst customer experience ever

Damaged the product and offer chump change in return
Damaged my apple watch and offered 11 euros in compensation.
Item was sent in a proper condition. Yet, upon their review they sent me a picture of the smart screen being detached from the watch which they claimed to have been an issue on my end. Obviously it wasn't.
In return i got offered 11 euros which i had to accept as the watch was ruined.
