Poor service
Poor. No help at all. Support is a joke. Tried to check Razer gold card balance said card had been redeemed when it hadn’t been touched. Support are giving me the run around.
Shocking customer service can’t resolve anything.

We have carefully reviewed the screenshots you provided and noticed that your Razer Gold code was entered on an unofficial website. This confirms that the code was redeemed by a third party.
While you mentioned a friend in LA, we must warn you that scammers often gain trust or even impersonate friends and family online to obtain these codes. Because you shared the code and it was entered on a non-official site, that person was able to use the balance, which is why it now shows as already redeemed.
Since the code was successfully delivered and then used by someone you shared it with, we cannot offer a refund or a replacement. Please be extremely careful; never share your codes or screenshots of them with anyone online, as they are as valuable as cash and cannot be recovered once stolen.
