I have been working with Recruiterlink as an Affiliate for approx. 6 months now. The support is amazing and the investment that has been put into support affiliates is incredible. If you are thinking about going on your own then work with Recruiterlink, you have nothing to loose and everything to gain - . My account manager Liv is always there to provide support as are the rest of the team. You can work on your own business development or work on the leads provided, the choice is yours.

I have been working with Recruiterlink for nearly 3 months now and the service that i have received has been close to near perfect! The support provided by Liv has been outstanding and while there is always a slight apprehension when venturing down a new project, i can genuinely say that there was no need for this at all! It does everything that you want it to do, all you have to do is put the work in from your side and you will make placements.
Fantastic jobs, fantastic fees, fantastic service...need i say more!

Working with Liv and everyone has been great. Everyone has been really friendly and helpful in my first few weeks working with them.

This is a great company to work with. You get to work with a friendly and professional team, alongside the use of powerful recruitment software. I recommend Recruiterlink to anyone who wants to increase their recruitment workload.

I worked for RecruiterLink as an affiliate to help them fill roles.

The way in which they spoke to me was rude, at times interrogational and lacked etiquette and respect.

They moved to a system of distributing roles via text message which means whoever texts first gets the role which I felt was not the fairest way of doing it.

They work with clients that have a ridiculous long list of requirements for roles which are already very niche and somewhat hard to fill, my suggestion was to make it clear to clients that it is best to keep the requirements as short as possible, this fell on deaf ears.

I received a call yesterday from a member of their team that was rude and interrogational that questioned me throughout the call about what I have done thus far which was all stored on the system under notes.

They even put me on loud speaker so that the whole team could listen, which as a deaf person I found really off putting, not to mention unprofessional and all without my consent.

I decided today to stop working for them as their values are not aligned with mine as they lack etiquette and common decency towards those that work for them.

I got zero apologies so that sums them up in a nutshell.

Since this review I received a call from the same person whom has made an effort and apologised.

Given their attempt to put things right I have amended this review to reflect this.
