Very happy with the service provided by Recruitment Boutique. Plenty of personal input from their team in getting my initial ad to read properly. Very good sifting of CV's and only received those which were a good fit. Have already recommended Recruitment Boutique to my contacts.

Recruitment Boutique have a very intuitive web portal that is user friendly, you just complete a simple form detailing what you are looking for, you can upload supporting documents such as Job/Person Specs, click send and their team will do the rest (providing you have bought enough credits). It's good value, they do more than just posting vacancies on Job Boards, they search through CV databases and social media to locate potential candidates, they then make the initial approach, to generate interest and upload the CV's to your vacancy on their site. It's good value and it works, you can even keep reining your search through adding comments which the research teams take on board. All in all Recruitment Boutique provide the kind of sourcing tool that every recruiter be it internal recruiters or recruitment consultants need in their locker. They only lose a star because I think they need to add a premium service at a higher cost for difficult to find positions, and perhaps a subscription service where you pay a monthly fee to keep searching for people that your business needs all the time, in our case Toolmakers.
