Absolute liars and thieves. I posted 10 cartridges in August, now November and despite messaging many times, I am told that my package has not yet been opened and should be done by the end of the month. I have not been paid and I no longer have the 10 cartridges. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY. I intend to take this further and not to let them get away with such poor service.
I posted 10 (new and used) Canon ink cartridges using the company provided postal label. When I hadn't been paid I followed up Recycle Ink and was told they hadn't been received.
After a considerable amount of time I again followed up with them and was told that it’s not unusual for items to go missing in the postal system.
I haven't been paid for the items and no longer have the cartridges. I'm completely out of pocket. The only explanation is they are sorry but will be in touch should they come up across the package.
