Too early to comment on the effectiveness of the device so this review is in relation to buying experience only.
Site was easy to use and delivery was prompt. Item was well packaged and looks sturdy and well made. I'll review again in 3 months or sooner if I see benefits.

Superfast delivery - excellent product well packaged. I have only just started using it - so cannot comment on the product itself - but I can say that the information that came with the product and the FAQs are super helpful and really clear and easy to understand.

I have only used this once, so can’t really comment at this stage, but hopefully it should be good. The delivery was terrific.

Ordered direct and there was an initial delay in dispatch. Contacted them via chat and it was sorted same day and I received product next day which was great. Product looks very high quality so overall very happy so far.

Awful company I’ve accidentally not put my door number in when ordering and they not responding to my half dozen emails DO NOT buy from this dodgy company I will report this to the fraud team of my bank

Awful company- refused to let me return a purchase which had been bought as a gift for my father who has recently been diagnosed with Parkinson’s disease and has lower back pain. The only packaging it came in was a grey plastic bag and because I’d opened this to give it as a gift they say that it’s against their policy to accept a return

The 1000w full body model arrived speedily and included several useful hooks etc in order to hang it on doors or walls. The accompanying leaflet contained all the necessary information to get started. The amount and intensity of light was a pleasant surprise but our eyes soon adjusted. The benefits were soon felt and we were reluctant to switch it off. Looking forward to the next session. In short, very satisfied with every aspect.
