Missing parcel and extremely poor customer service
I had a very disappointing experience with the Red Bull Shop.
I placed an order which never arrived. I did not receive any order confirmation or shipping notifications, so I had to chase the order myself just to find out what was happening. Eventually I was told the parcel had been “delivered”, however I never received it.
The delivery photo provided did not show my property, and the parcel was allegedly accepted by someone named “Alison”, who I do not know and did not authorise to receive the parcel. I also never authorised any “drop-off location” or third-party delivery.
To investigate the issue, Red Bull Shop asked me to complete a Declaration of Non-Receipt form, which I did immediately. I was then asked to complete another form again later, which I also returned straight away.
At that stage I was told I would receive an update within 14 days, but that timeframe passed with no update or resolution. After chasing again, I was simply told the courier investigation was ongoing and even advised not to send further messages, despite the fact that I still have not received the goods I paid for.
This issue has now been ongoing for weeks, despite me cooperating fully at every stage.
Overall this has been a very frustrating experience with slow communication, repeated requests for documentation, and no resolution for a missing order.
I hope Red Bull Shop will now resolve this matter properly.

Haven’t bothered getting another replacement as I’ve totally lost faith in the quality now.
Definitely would not recommend purchasing merch from red bull. Wish I’d read the reviews first.

I ordered my son a Max Verstappen helmet for his birthday. He was excited and checked progress of the order daily. After receiving the same update for days we contacted the Red Bull shop for an update no response despite several reminders. We then received a thank you for your return message return we didn't even receive it. Upon contacting Red Bull we received a sorry it's out of stock message but you can have 15 percent off your next order. No thank you. Surely it should have been resent or at least contact made they were aware that we never received the item.

Ridiculous returns procedure! Avoid!
Customer services advised which baseball cap would be suitable for my husband.
He ordered it in good faith, but sadly on arrival, it was too big.
He contacted customer services to arrange a refund/return.
I spent £13.80 to return it only for it to be sent back to us 2 weeks later.
On contacting customer services again, they told us that we should have sent it through a specific courier, which was not clearly advised when arranging the return.
We are now left out of pocket with a hat that doesn't fit and a failed delivery.
Very unhappy with this appalling system. Will not be ordering through them again
WORST ONLINE EXSPERENCE IVE HAD IN 25 YEARS OF SHOPPING ONLINE. SHOCKING & APPAULING
What a nightmare this company is not only are they the most expensive their customer service in 28 years of online shopping is the worst ever. Contacted the redbullshop.com after receiving a Max Verstappen world championship 1/2 helmet but the visor is scratched & missing the chin guard so I sent a message regarding the issues they asked for a photo i tried taking a photo but due to the visor being a mirrored visor the photo just blurs this is due to the lens reflecting against the visor. All I have done is ask for a return pre-paid return label so I can return the helmet. The agent named Monika has been dealing with the issue & back & forth to the point I've been ill to the point of ending my life & 2 Epileptic seizures over all this. I've now given up & have reported Monika to Red Bull not only that the company has broken safeguarding protocols which I'm sure over the next week will be followed up by the press. I have been a fan & an employee of Red Bull in the past but due to the manner of the customer service, I will no longer be part of a company that goes out to cause customers so many issues. I have noted the other comments on Trustpilot around their customer service & see now that this needs to be looked at by head office. It does seem in my case that the agent Monika needs better training & looked at her role in the company I suggest while this case is live Monika is given other work in the company. Warning to all F1 fans stay away from this company & don't trust there return policy. I also say read about any company on Trustpilot & get the true picture of any company. Remember Trustpilot are there for the good comments of a website & the bad times. Thankfully we have Trustpilot on the web to protect the consumer from being RIPPED OFF.

Really really poor avoid at all costs. I don’t normally leave reviews but I feel I should warn others. They sent me the wrong item and customer services were very rude and unhelpful they were very sarcastic. Then when they sent me the paperwork to return the item that they got wrong it was incorrect paperwork for customs and got sent back to me overall a really crappy experience don’t bother I’ve just bought the same item from fanatics and great service.

Would Give 0 Stars If Possible
My item got stuck at customs due to Redbull not providing the right documents for import. I told them about this as soon as possible and they told me they would call imports the same day to get the item released to me. Over a week later and the parcel is now on its way back to them due to customer service doing absolutely nothing. From reading the reviews on this page seems like I’m not the only one! No sign of a refund or a replacement being sent out and have been ignored by customer service since my first request. Can’t get through on the phone and no reply to my emails. Can’t see me getting my money back, might actually be my worst experience ever with a shop.

I finally got my money back but had to go through the company I used to pay for the item, wouldn’t recommend and still would give 0 stars if possible.
Dreadful Service
Daughter ordered replica helmet. Item shipped to Uk with incorrect customs paperwork (according to handler) spoke to them who advised talking to the Red Bull shop. Initial communication positive then realised they were not doing anything to sort the problem. Emailed and standard reply sent or ignored. Telephone hung up when tried to ring. Initially asked for replacement to be sent as the handler advised item would be returned to Red Bull but they haven’t authorised this either! Have spoken to them today and was told they’ll contact the handler and ask them to release the item to our address. I advised either release, send replacement or refund by the end of the day. Reading other reviews doesn’t bode well for a positive outcome! Just to say we have ordered items from them before that have arrived, so you could be lucky!

Nothing more than a joke. You you can’t because your password or email address is incorrect. Send an email, click on the link reset your password password must be so long with certain characters in it. It matches all the criteria press submit, and your password is invalid. Even though you’ve got the boxes that say new password and confirmation password are correct. if this company really wanted your money they wouldn’t mess your around locking you out via account and not being able to log back in seriously do not use this company. It is a joke, p.s review for customer service. Absolute rubbish you send an email but don’t even bother getting back to you within five days and still haven’t even bothered to get back to me. The worst online store I've ever seen. Customer service has absolutely no level. I ordered my items and after 2 weeks I still haven't received them. I'm living in Germany and the items are sent from Germany. I will contact a lawyer. How clever is that system? They take money in a couple of seconds, but sending items takes 2 weeks or even more. There is no support at all. No phone contact and no one answered my emails. That's a pure scam! That's how the Big and great company makes money. Shame!
