Brilliant as always!
Redcliffe Imaging is absolutely brilliant! I am always finding myself ordering greeting cards for markets last minute and yet the turnaround is always very fast. The quality of the cards is exceptional and make my fine art portraits look brilliant. A very happy customer and I will continue to use Redcliffe Imaging throughout my art career.

Excellent. Very Satisfied
I ordered cards to be printed with my art work from this company. They came very quickly. The image and card quality is excellent. The crease in the card made them easy to fold. Also very helpful with my enquiry when I rang.I would highly recommend Redcliffe Imaging.

I have tried several companies for my card printing, but was blown away by the quality of the product and depth of colour from Redcliffe. I’m sticking with them from now on. Their card building process online is very easy to use and the buying process very smooth. Quick turnaround too.

I ordered a test card with envelope &…
I ordered a test card with envelope & cello bag for my Gallery, after i saw a facebook ad for them. Card came later than their advertised 1-3 working days info (looks like a repeated theme with other reviewees). Cardstock was flimsy, printing and size was fine. What wasn't fine was the taped up paper bag with poly window i was supposed to resell the card with (something you'd sell a pasty in). Also, paying to take off their logo and advertising wasn't great. Wont be getting further orders from me. They get 2 stars for the printing but nothing else. Update- There was no cello bag in the pasty bag, the card was too flimsy and the delivery not in time stated. Regardless of anything else Redcliffe say, these are important missed points for me and therefore the test failed.

We are very sorry to hear of your dissatisfaction with your order and the turnaround times. Your order was received on the 25th June 2024 at 13.36pm. We proceeded to expedite the order and ship the very next day as we tend to do with single greeting card ordering.
As members of our Team have discussed with you via email; it would appear that the delay is with Royal Mail (which on the whole is very reliable), susceptible perhaps to the current time period and with an election coming up. We also offer a couriered delivery service which is a 24hr delivery and this is also a trackable service. Should any client wish to choose this option at the stage of ordering.
The greeting card stock you selected on your order is the Smooth 300gsm, which is a very popular greeting card stock. We do also offer a 324gsm Textured, which is a thicker greeting card stock.
The clear face paper bag you're speaking of is only for packaging purposes and is not the actual acetate sleeve that is used for the greeting card and envelope. This should be inside the clear face bag. We have also responded to you about this via email.
We are a small team of 11 and we do try our very best with every order we receive, we really do not want any client to be unhappy with any order we produce. If there is anything we can do to change your mind, then please just ask.
