Saved the day. Chris and Kev well what can I say. Sooooo helpful made my dad’s moving day who is 83 so easy. We were treated brilliant the word efficient is not good enough. We were let down by another company at the very last minute they were at my dad’s house within 30 mins. Soooo helpful and a really good price. Worth every penny. 10/10 easy. Would highly recommend. Linda and the team were professional, friendly and very helpful. They were quick and clean yet took a lot of care and double wrapped large and fragile items carefully. The price was also very reasonable for such a high level of service. Highly recommended. Thank you!

My husband and I have used Redcliffe Removals once before and we were very impressed with their service. Due to that good experience, we decided to employ the company once more to move us to another house. Originally, all went smoothly. Chris visited our house and a couple of days later we received the quote. We accepted the quote by email and agreed on a moving date (30 June 2025) which we then had to change to 3 July 2025. A few days later we received an email from Chris asking for a holding deposit. We explained that we had received a verbal confirmation of acceptance for the tenancy of the house we were moving to but would like to wait for the written email confirmation, to be on the safe side. We were shocked when we received an email from Chris on 2 June 2025, saying that he had received deposits for 2 and 3 July 2025 and that the first available slot for us was not until 15 July. No phone call, no email to give us the chance to say that we would commit and send the required deposit. He totally let us down and was not even prepared to admit that their customer service was not up to scratch. Not a reliable company. Moving houses are stressful times and you don’t need extra aggravation. Be warned, if you’re thinking of using Redcliffe Removal, you have a booking, oh wait you do not! Very poor indeed.

My experience with Redcliffe Removals was excellent throughout. From the informative first contact with Linda, through to the moving days themselves, I had all I needed to know. The price quoted was very competitive. The team arrived the day before my move, packed everything up with great efficiency, and left me with what I needed for the evening and plenty of time to clean the house. This meant I had a time for a slower start the next morning and a relaxing walk, before the final things were packed up. The team were there to meet me at my new property when I arrived with the keys, and did a great job of getting a lot of furniture into a smaller space, with good cheer and a pleasant atmosphere between themselves throughout. I have no hesitation in recommending them.

Great service, arrived on time did exactly what was expected with care and consideration. Left us with what we needed overnight and came back next day to finish off. Left in good time leaving us time to clean up before our completion time. Arrived at new property before us ready and waiting. Unloaded in good time and used covers to protect cream carpet. A tad more expensive than other quotes but was seamless and stress free. Great friendly can do attitude filled me with confidence and made the whole experience easy, most welcome after a difficult conveyance that left us with 5 days to find removals. Redcliffe came up trumps.
