One star is way to much, scam is all I can say so beware, stated delivered but its not its lies, cctv shows no one comes near my home on date and time or for hours before or after.

Do not trust this company, they either steal or deliberately mis-deliver to other locations
Package apparently delivered with no proof of delivery or way contact this company for the delivery of a garden storage box I waited over a month for. I have sent an email with tracking information, used 17 Track all the way since 6th August up until this week and have absolutely no way of finding my item at all, I tried to call their Chinese contact number, goes to voicemail, also online service agent feature doesnt connect. This business appear fraudulent and need investigating, I have contacted my bank to raise a dispute.

Missing parcel
I ordered my parcel through bedrelaxplanet.I contacted them about parcel no. for tracking.I then found out my parcel was delivered.I did not receive it.My security camera showed no delivery for anything athe time stated.I contacted both redcloud and bedrelaxplanet and got nowhere in the end.They are lucky to get 1 star as you can not pu 0 star rating.I gave up in the end.I was told by redcloud they never lose parcels.What crap.Also told it would be redeliver r d by post office.Post office new nothing of the parcel.Do not deal with either of these companies.They are not trust worthy

I was told that my package arrived to…
I was told that my package arrived to my town in Israel by redcloid but never received it. This happened two times. I wrote to Redcloud but never got a response. I did not receive it at my home or with a number where it was delivered to in my area. I think you are pulling off a scam and there will be an investigation why I didn't get my package Please send me information on my package.
