EXTREMELY disappointed in Redcoon
I am so angry with Redcoon. I ordered a fitted /built-in washing machine from them in Germany because of their Premium Plus service (delivery, installation - including fitted or built in machines, removal of old machine). Their service - DHL - delivered the machine but did not install the new one or remove the old one. Too complicated according to them and they left. For 2 weeks I phoned and mailed redcoon and, besides placating noises, they did NOTHING. They did not even have the decency to call or mail me back ONCE. They simply said yes, they have had problems with this service. My tenant (to my embarrassment) has had to live for 2 weeks with a broken washingmachine and a new one standing in the middle of the sitting room. I have now had to find a plumbing service to install the machine and remove the old one. After 2 weeks of phoning and emailing they have finally agreed (per phone, I still don't have it black on white) to pay for this installation. I will have to compensate my tenant for 2 weeks of inconvenience - I want compensation from Redcoon!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
