WARNING- DO NOT BUY FROM RED DEER WATCHES AKA NZ WATCHES
BEWARE- Was very apprehensive about doing business with this online company and I took a chance against my better judgment and ended up regretting it. Bought a watch (pricing wasn't much better than anywhere else, but they claimed to have it in stock). After purchase- received a confirmation e-mail saying they would let me know when my order would ship- this made me feel a little better.
Days later- no updated info- a week later- still nothing.
Since no update was given- a work assignment came up that required me to leave town. Since I hadn't heard a thing- I sent them a cancellation request. No response. Sent another message - same result.
Finally after sending lord knows how many messages they respond saying they won't cancel the order- it already shipped!
NO NOTIFICATION!! Furthermore- they required signature confirmation- I was furious- no one would be there to sign and the package would be sent back- explained this and they told me there would be a $20 cancellation/re-stocking fee per their terms on the website.
I had no problem with that. Flash-forward- my trip ends and the package wasn't sent back- went to the post office and ended up having to refuse delivery because now I no longer needed it and I no longer wanted to do business with this disreputable company. They ship First-Class (cheap-unprotected postage btw) so the package goes back to the Seller. They sign for it and receive it and then don't refund a penny of my money.
I had to open a Visa dispute to reclaim my money from these thieves. DO NOT TRUST! DO NOT BUY!
