Great Service!
My car was delivered in a timely manner before a specified date from my farm in Alberta to Toronto. They managed to meet me close to my Toronto home in a very busy area of the city and communication was excellent along the way! Price was the most affordable I could find. I highly recommend their services!

Cross country... No problem.
Cross country, you say? What about from PEI to Vancouver, BC with a 55 year old, lowered, 17.5 foot oldie?... That was the job I asked Ryan and his crew to deliver.
They told me building that job would take time, but stayed in contact, morning, noon and night via email & text if I asked. Once the car was picked up, it had to meet the rest of the load for a trailer change in Toronto then made the rest of the trip to Vancouver.
My car arrived undamaged, in a reasonable time, and within 3 hours of Vancouver I even changed the delivery location. Red Hauler accommodated, I paid as the car made it's way to certain checkpoints, the plan, the car and the entire process was well articulated & clear.

I had a great experience using redfoot haulers, when I shipped my car from Ontario to New Brunswick. Ryan was very responsive and helpful. The trucking company/trucker they hired to ship my car was so nice and also very responsive. It arrived when they said it would. I would definitely recommend this service.

One thing to consider: shipping your car is not like buying something on Amazon where your product arrives within several days; there are a lot of logistics to arrange. The company worked to arrange for my car to arrive within the estimated arrival date.

Bad experience
Bad Experience. Not accountable. Gave 3 separate ETA's and missed all of them. My car was eventually delivered almost one month late!
This was a fair review. The job/quote was accepted on October 31. After 2 weeks with no response, I decided to call and followup only to learn that the shipping contract had not even been drawn up yet. The car was then finally picked up soon after and I was given the first ETA (Nov.24-26). During the transport I had made numerous attempts via phone calls and emails to followup on delivery and was almost always unsuccessful in getting a hold of someone immediately. Almost felt like I had to chase them down and leave messages before they could call me back. When my call was finally returned (on several occasions days later), there would be a new date of delivery communicated (Dec.10). My sister, the receiver of the car in Ontario would then cancel her plans to stay at home for that day and wait for delivery only to discover a no show. The driver did not call or make any attempts to communicate that they weren't coming. In my opinion that's very unprofessional. This happened at least twice.
I have all emails and communications including a letter of dissatisfaction from my sister. Here's one of her final emails:
Jonathan and Ryan,
I am not telling you how to run your business. I am telling you not to come today at certain time because I have some scheduled appointments. If the driver show up here and no one will be home to sign the delivery records. You set a delivery date and I will be here, but don't call me and tell me that the shipment is on the way within few hours. Since that there were NO SHOW few times, I think I have the right to be upset. This is so unprofessional running a business.
What's about CUSTOMERS' RIGHTS? You, the shipper arrange a delivery date at least 24 hours before delivery and I, the receiver, arrange to be here to accept the shipment. We have dealt with many different shipping companies. We received shipments from suppliers from local and international and we ship to our customers every where in Canada and the United States. There was only one time in 35 years of running a business that we didn't receive our shipment as scheduled. They apologized and compensated with a discounted rate. We have never received a notice of delivery within only a few hours.

Corey, this review is just unfair. We delivered your car in 1 week with no damage. Yes it took 2 weeks longer than expected for pickup, but delays happen. When you booked you were told in writing 3 times, and you agreed, that shipping times are only estimates and can change at any time. When the schedule did change, we notified you as promised. ETA's stands for "estimated time of arrival". Key word is estimated, not guaranteed. Saying we are not accountable is not fair, because we kept you in the loop and delivered your car fast with no damage. Getting your car one month later in this business is actually average. We have 200 good reviews from 2017 online. Approx 18-20 negativity reviews. This is a 90% satisfaction rate. We really want all customers to be happy, sometimes this is just impossible. Worst company ever
Worst company ever. They took my deposit and never shipped my vehicle. When asked about it, they kept telling me it was delayed due to whatever reasons. I waited for over 2 months and still nothing. They also refused to give the deposit back.

This customer is not a very nice person. From the beginning I has hesitations about even taking her on as a customer. She talked like a sailor, and was extremely demanding. She kept asking me to promise shipping dates, and I kept telling her NO, I would not. I explained how it works at least 10 times. Maybe there was a language barrier I am not sure. After I explained the process like 10 times, she finally agreed to book. All customers agreed to a non refundable deposit. Then because of weather(sow and ice and road closures), there was few day delay. Not weeks, not months, a few days. Then the customer posted bad reviews saying she will take it down if we refund her 100 bucks Ginny, when you booked we heavily disclosed: 1 we don't just come out for one car, there has to be a full load before we depart. We stated and you AGREED to no promised dates. In fact you agreed that shipping times are only estimates, and can change. We ship 7-10 cars at one time on a trailer, not just one. It's not like ordering a tow truck or flat bed. Just 3 days after booking you were calling and emailing us hourly, harassing us for a pickup date. You were told at booking, like all customers are told, that pickup will be 1-4 weeks from the point of booking. It's a process to schedule 14 people on a trip, when they are located all over Canada. We have over 200 good reviews online from 2017 alone. There is about 18-20 negative reviews. This is a 90% satisfaction rate. We really wanted you to be happy, but some people you just cannot please. We are sorry you are part of the 10% that are not happy. We tried. We even offered you a refund, even though you agreed to no refunds. It seems no matter how hard I tried to please you, it was a fight to the very end. Good luck and please read what others say about us!
