Problem sorted immediately.
I contacted Red Gorilla with a problem on an item which my wife had bought and was looked after by Katy Jones who dealt with the issue immediately and sent out a replacement without any delay.

Having already owned a blue plastic fork from Red Gorilla that everyone loves using in the yard, I decided to get a red one as well. Initially, the delivery was delayed for a whole week with no attempt made by the courier to deliver it. Upon informing Red Gorilla of the issue, they promptly sent a replacement via a different courier, which arrived the very next day. Their swift action left me thoroughly impressed, and I wouldn't hesitate to shop with them again.

Fantastic tall steps
Fantastic mounting steps for my 17hh horse. The usual ones are just not tall enough and as I get older I need all the help I can to get on. So these 3 tier sturdy steps are just perfect.
They arrived quickly in perfect condition thank you :)

It was an easy website to use.
My only negative about the product is that the design of the woodchip fork is not very good for picking up smaller nuggets of poo as the two outer prongs are shorter, probably designed by someone without horses. The original shape made these forks the best I've ever used.

Poor quality shavings fork…
Bought a shavings fork Sept 24 and by March 25 it’s had cracked. Red Gorilla replaced that no problem. Now the replacement fork has cracked in exactly the same place and this item is no longer under warranty despite being less than a year old.
Customer service are polite & have responded in a timely manner but the quality is clearly an issue.
The fork has had minimal use over the summer as the horses live out so I can’t honestly say either item had a lot of hammer, they just aren’t really up to the task.
Ok for a kiddie perhaps with a little pony who doesn’t do many droppings but no good for a larger horse with larger droppings!
