They stole my money, have no way of contacting after the fact. And they are "permanently closed"

I ordered the Harry Potter collection, #RH211499. Will I receive this or was this all a sham?

Scam. I ordered a set of books and a week later they sent me an ebook that was not even accessible. I have to dispute the charge. Bad, do not buy anything from them

IF I COULD GIVE 0 STARS I WOULD! I also wish I would have thought to check out Trustpilot before purchasing the book set for my mom for Mother’s Day— they promoted physical books and shipping info, and FAILED TO SAY that they were digital! Furthermore, their customer service is NON-EXISTENT! I’m so disappointed… this was supposed to be a gift for mom, not cool! 😤

This company is a scam. They partner with Shop Pay which is use often. They showed me a book series that I really love when I checked out for a different purchase from another Shop Pay partner. I immediately clicked the links to purchase the book series. The web page showed the physical books themselves. Nowhere on the page did it say anything about EBooks or Electronic books. I received an email file with my books right after check out. I emailed them right away with screen shots showing what I purchased and asking for a refund. I sent my 3rd email to them this morning and still never received a single response. So I filed with my card company as of today to dispute the transaction. What a joke.

Bums they give ebooks and it's bad I should sue for misinformation and I'm trying. To refund

Misleading,offers only digital copies but they label it as box sets and use images of actual box set you can buy from other places, they do not accept refunds or cancel orders. ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE

Order a book set, they were happy to take my money. Waited for shipping details for a week. Checked there site and AFTER hunting through it I found out they only sell digital copies of their books. Tried to get in contact with through their sales email only for my emails to labeled as spam or flagged by their system.

Finally got an email sent, waites over 2 days and no response.

Lost money and got nothing in return.

The site does not make clear that you're purchasing a digital content file, not an actual book, until after you've purchased, and there are no refund options available.

I purchased a book set(4 books in a series). Ad states shipping within 1 - 2 days & sent info on my order such as shipping address, etc. Being retired, I don't check email sometimes for several days. The day after ordering I see that this company sent me a digital copy of these books, not in an easy to read formant like Kindle uses, but just a LONG document. On my phone I tried starting the 1st book, but too hard. After several hours of digging on their site, I did see that all purchases are digital. As I said, this was not disclosed in original ad. Being digital, no refund.

Product description explicitly states "IN ONE MASSIVE PAPERBACK EDITION" but I received a digital copy. Nowhere in the item listing shares that its a digital copy. Very misleading and now they're refusing a refund.

Order # RH 151699 cannot sufficiently express(politely) my disappointment at finding tha this is a DIGITAL order as opposed to physical books.
At no time, either on the adbertisement nor the order pageswas this stated, the which I only discovered when looking up your return policies.
I have difficulty focusing on a computer screen (mine is a 32") so digital downloads are somewhat less useful for me than printed paper.
If some note had been present I should never have ordered from your company.
Have you closed your Florida location? Too many incensed customers threatening staff?

E-BOOKS, this site sells, yes SELLS e-books. No one buys e-books and I feel like an absolute idiot after I got the notification saying that was it. This site is utter trash and a waste of perfectly good money. I should've known because not ONE person has reviewed it on a site like this. So I'll be the first on here at least to say...petition for this stupid ass site to be shut down, because like I said no one actually buys e-books, you can look up any pdf and get it for free 🤦🏽‍♀️🤦🏽‍♀️
