Purchased a small part through ebay. Item was marked as in stock so didn't expect it to take long - especially considering i was being charged £1.99 for something that would post as a regular letter.

Nothing for 2 weeks. Attempted to contact seller, no response. Cancelled the sale. Reading reviews on here it appears that Redline RC treats a lot of its customers like this. Won't use them again. I would not recommend.

No dispatch, no communication, sale cancelled.

beware: they list items for sale that they do not actually have in stock. my last 3 orders from them have all been cancelled and refunded a week after payment was sent. always the same message given in response. 'There has been an error on our stock levels'

Ordered a a few bits on a Wed that I needed for a Sunday race. Paid for express delivery. Emailed and asked if there was any way they could ensure it would be shipped or even courierd and that I was happy to pay the additional cost, of course. No response. Sent another few emails but nothing. Arrived after a week which was 5 days too late.

I get that things go wrong and that is ok but to completely ignore emails and calls is not.

I will never buy from them again and will ensure my club(s) and friends never do either.

I can’t say the customer service was bad because it was non existent.

Plenty of other great companies like modelsport, wheelspin and makeitbuild it to mention a few. Oh MB models are amazing as well.

They don’t have the best of service really. But after a few orders they got wrong. I would not order from them again.

SCAM company stay away. I have contacted them by phone. email, there amazon and ebay shops with no reply. I spent alot and nothing has turned up. The phone number on there website does not get answered and goes to a messaging system that it messaging system full so you can't leave a message. i would avoid this website and there ebay and amazon shop.

Beware.. do not buy from this RC hobby shop including their eBay account. If anything goes wrong they will not answer your phone, will not respond to your email. If you have paid extra for express shipping, they will do it after a week. Total scam avoid.
