Horrible!!

Horrible!!! The guy is very, very rude. And when talking nicely and asking them. Their reply, "Anything, just complain or report," was in a very rude tone, and they just walked away when we were talking to the delivery guy.

Absolutely horrible service

Absolutely horrible service. Late deliveries and zero compensation for when they deliver items outside the delivery window despite the fact that we spend over $100 or $150 to have 2-hour or express delivery. Items are not fresh and handled badly (rotten fruit, broken eggs, etc). Use NTUC or Amazon instead!

Terrible website where you cannot raise…

Terrible website where you cannot raise a refund normally.

AI-enshitification of customer service means you can't get a proper resolution with an agent.

Delivery people have zero common sense to ring the doorbell when they have delivered.

Multiple frozen items already defrosted…

Multiple frozen items already defrosted when they were delivered. We literally opened them right after they reached us and time recorded everything. We immediately took a video to show status of items being totally defrosted and melted and send to customer services requesting for refund. 2 days later got a note to reject the refund stating...

"we regret to inform you that we are unable to proceed with the refund request because Based on the verification from the concerned team, the driver has successfully delivered the product within the scheduled time slot, and the item was received in good condition. Therefore, we are unable to process your refund request, and this case will be closed accordingly."

What a disgraced customer service. If you cant manage cold chain delivery dont sell those products.

No care for food safety. Cold chain breakdown.

I have been a longtime RedMart customer. Sometimes things to wrong, but not so often. Until recently.

I had 3 consecutive weeks delivery of moldy/rotten meat and cheese. I ordered fresh meat, which was delivered 3 months old.

Their cold chain must have experienced major issues. A breakdown of sorts. But that comes at a very large risk and cost of public food safety. And they don’t care; that is the real problem.

They have rejected the problem, not issued refund, and provided zero communication around it.

I will stay very clear of ordering any sorts of fresh goods from RedMart. They have a problem managing cold chain, and they do not care about food safety, let alone get back to you.

I am surprised it is like this.

Their customer support will only tell you to wait

Don't order from them. If anything goes wrong, so much of your time will be wasted.

On 9 October 24, at 11am, their delivery man sent my order of mostly frozen items to the wrong unit, so everything was left to melt in the sun for hours until we realised at 3pm where they had left the packages. I immediately raised the issue to CS, and the delivery man came by that night, unannounced, to collect the cold items that I wanted to return. He promised that I would be refunded.

Nothing happened for days, so I initiated refunds on their app. I received only 5 refunds out of the 12 frozen items I returned. Days later I contacted CS to check what's going on, and was told they'd expedite my case to the relevant teams to process my refunds. They promised an update within 7 hours.

2 days later, after having received NOTHING, I contacted CS again, and they at first told me their refund policy was 7 days. How dare they. I explained everything, again, and they told me, again, to wait for the relevant teams to finish the "investigation". Of a case where their staff made a mistake that caused me inconvenience. I tried asking to be put in touch with someone who could help me, but they refused to say anything aside from "sorry, wait". They eventually ended the chat on me without giving me any sort of clarity.

I'm absolutely furious with redmart/lazada. I understand that mistakes happen. But I also expect them to be rectified ASAP. 10 days is absolutely unacceptable, especially after I tried asking for help and was made empty promises more than once. I'm beyond disappointed.

Irresponsible Delivery

Left ALL my groceries, including frozen food items outside my door without pressing doorbell. Called & emailed Redmart more than 5 times to voice my concerns; staff claimed that someone would call me within 48hrs to address my concerns, but no call received to date. I've been a customer for more than 3 yrs now, but I felt mistreated & ignored. Arrogant team.

Redmart really terrible

Always cancelled my orders without even bother to call me. Drivers always went to the wrong place and refused to send items straight to my place. Call center also useless.
