I purchased my new car from Henry last week and he went out of his way to make sure everything went seamlessly for me. Henry allowed me to pick up the car on Sunday going out of his way to open the garage in order to accommodate me. Since the purchase I needed to liaise with the team in Red Power over the payments I made and communication was excellent with nothing being too much trouble. I have never come across a garage that have such great customer service and after service. I will definitely be back to Henry when I need to update my car the next time. I am really happy with both my purchase, the quality of the car I got and the professionalism of Henry and his team. Thank you 😊

Absolutely great people to deal with customer service was very helpful and nice as I ordered the wrong wheel rings I requested to send them back them refunded me the money then proceeded to send me the right ones car has 0 problems now

This people dont even know what they are doing. Check their website and services. Called for a remap and a break upgrade which are 2 services on their web but they dont do either. Then booked an appointment at the begining of the week for an alloy wheel and new tyres fit out to be told the day before that they didnt have any alloys for my car in the colours and size I wanted, didnt even bother to offer ordering them for me. Absolutely useless and a waste of time, they are not interested in getting new business.

Unhelpful, rude and overpriced. never will I spend a single penny in this shop.

Wish I could give 0stars but u can't.I left my bmw 1 series in with the guys at red power before Christmas, car cost me. 1400euro to fix not even a week after getting the car back the tyre feel off as they DID NOT tighten the nuts on the wheel. The wheel feel of my car on the M50 connected to the car by 1 nut. 2 of the nuts have been. Snapped in half from the pressure they must have been under and are still in the disk behind the wheel. All the car needed was a new disk and the wheel put back on with new nuts maybe a 50euro job.I couldn't get in touch with them as the phone numbers on there websites Do NOT WORK. so it's impossible to get in touch with theses kangaroo car fixers. Had to get the car lifted again so extra cost for a tow truck etc and then I called down to the shop explaining the situation and the guy behind the desk showed me in small Print at the Bottom of the receipt it's says check your wheels after 20k. He never showed me are explained this to me the day I was paying. But was very quick to show me when I came back in. Even if I did Check the wheel after 5k and say I was a woman wa?? Do they expect the man are woman to get a bar out and tighting there own nuts on there car?? This should have been done at the Shop. Complete and uter negotiations on there part they obviously forgot to tighting the nuts on the car. That wasn't bad enough I finally got in touch with some1 at the shop and he said he would talk to the boss and ring me back 1 week later no word so I had to ring him back. And the boss answed he couldn't even give me an answer he said he would call me back again. What was it I was looking to have done to fix the situation. All I wanted was the wheel Fixed the wheel that I had paid 1400 to get fixed to start with and the boss rang me back a real cowboy and said sorry we can't do nothing for u. Now I have dates of when the car was left in. I have Clocked the car before and after it was took out I have now been forced to take it to another mechanic and have them look over all the work they were ment to have done as I don't belive are have any faith that they even put have the parts in that they charged me for and if they did they prob second hand are somthing. So I'm in the progress of havn that looked at by professionals and I I'm in the process of submitting a solicitor letter. DO NOT USE THIS PLACE THEY ONLY CARE ABOUT MONEY AND THATS IT. THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT YOUR WELLBEING ARE TRYING TO HELP ARE COME TO SOME SORT OF ARANGEMENT TO MAKE THINGS BETTER. the owner basically told me to PIS* of its not his prob. PLACE IS A JOKE. DO NOT USE PLEASE BELIEVE ME BE DO NOT USE THIS PLACE

I ordered a M performance kit for my 5 series. It was delivered promptly and was a good fit. But the lacquer started peeling on the front lip spoiler soon after installing. I always handwash my own car and use a hose rather than powerwash. I rang redpower to see if they would send a replacement and i was told that they wouldn't because they have never had any other issues with this kit. Poor products should be replaced. Really disappointed with the service.

Next day delivery. You can’t get much better than this.
