I sent multiple inquiries to customer support when I needed help after accidentally selecting the wrong address. The AI customer support assures me that my message will be sent to a human. Two days pass and my item proceeds with the delivery. Im gonna get my money back, one way or another.

My keyboard had a glitch with a cable included with her in the box, redragonshop immediately answered me about this issue and sent me exactly the same new keyboard under the warranty, thanks to them.

Awesome customer service. Helped me with my one year warranty replacement. First replacement shipped out but got lost dyring transit and they didnt hesitate to send another replacement. They really value customer needs and service. Thank you.

First I get a mail from them telling me that they don't deliver to my country (Belgium) and and that they don't have any in stock ask if I want a refund so I say yes. Then I don't hear from them for a day of 2 and suddenly I get a message that they do have some in stock and they are sending one. After waiting for 9 days ( they did say 7-14 workdays) I get my keyboard. The keyboard itself is very beautiful and nice, everything is in the box, inside the box, the keyboard safely prepacked, instructions, reserve keys, in 2 things for taking out keys. I'm now very happy with it.

Took a bit to arrive and then my package was stolen by the person who was supposed to deliver it.
They offered me my money back or another keyboard without any problems which arrived safely. That is some good service. Thank you.

My son loves his new mouse. The shipping was delayed, but they were able to offer me a $5 gift card and circled back around to make sure it arrived in working order. Great experience.

High quality products for a beyond reasonable price.

Needed a cheap keyboard to use at work and came across a budget wireless keyboard and decided to give it a shot.

Expected delivery was 7-10 days yet I received mine in under 24hrs.

I paid roughly 40 dollars for my keyboard and did not expect much out of it other than the ability to type but have been pleasantly surprised by the quality and tactile feel of this keyboard.

It's no high end self built keyboard but is more than serviceable and far beyond any expectations of a keyboard in its price point

I had an issue with the software for the new keyboard. Support was very responsive and able to walk me through updating firmware within a few hours. Will definitely purchase from them again.

I purchased a great mouse and keyboard from the Redragonshop via Amazon and I experienced outstanding service.

I purchased a Redragon Dharma Pro keyboard and a Redragon Impact Elite mouse from the shop both products work flawlessly. I did have a small driver issue, but that was fixed promptly by their support team.

I bought this keyboard to replace a Corsair K70 that had one too many spills. I loved the K70 but balked at the current price and decided to try the Redragon. I am very happy with the Redragon, the response and feel are just as good as my old keyboard and I really like that I don't have to install software to control the lighting. I had a minor issue and contacted their support and Mike responded quickly with the answer I needed. This won't be the last Redragon product I buy. Highly recommended.

Ordered a keyboard and waited a few days but saw the shipping had not moved. I inquired about the shipping and while I find the automated AI responses annoying, my issue was brought to a person after my first reply. Once my issue was brought an actual person on support, it was handled very expediently. The keyboard was shipped the next day and arrived very quickly. Five stars because, despite the hiccup in the order, it was addressed very quickly when brought to attention. Also the keyboard is very nice!

I’ve been using Redragon products for my desk setup and gaming sessions, and I am honestly impressed. For the price point, the build quality is much sturdier than I expected. The mechanical keyboards feel tactile and responsive, and the RGB lighting is vibrant. Really excellent product!

Customer service was great and they were very responsive. Always got back to me within 12-24 hours and were understanding and sympathetic to my issues.

Great mouse

my keyboard was stuck for some reason and when i emailed about it they got back to me within a day and even tho i was replying late they replied within a couple minutes. my issue was resolved in a day and i had been trying to fix it for 2 months prior to contacting them.
