My order was supposed to be fulfilled on Feb 21st,2025, as of today I am being told that my order will be substituted with something I did not order or want. Starting to think this company uses the bait and switch tatic.
Merchandise was shipped damaged. They promised to send the replacement but instead they just refunded. Knowing it was a rare vinyl, this was huge disappointment. Horrible service and communication from Customer Service team Ariel and Marinhel.

Horrible customer service. Ordered two records, a sweater and guitar picks November 24th. The order is still showing "processing". When I called December 21st, I was told it would ship the next day and arrive by December 29th. I followed up again by email on the 24th when it still didn't show it was shipped and I was told the only thing they could do for me was cancel my order. They were no help. Its now the 29th and it is still showing processing with no ship date in sight. Don't order from this company.
Terrible, No Communication, Lies etc. Do not order from this Company. They will never ship your order! Been over 4 weeks (11/25/22) and nothing but excuses and to date has yet to ship 3 T-shirts!
