Awful, constant suspicion over everything I did, constantly questioning me if I was doing all I could when I explicitly told them multiple times I was with justifications, jumped from coach to coach and had about 5 over the year I was with them and only 1 was helpful with showing me how to improve my CV and finally, the workshops I was forced to attend were all surface level knowledge and an utter waste of time.
My mental health had never been worse and I was honestly close to my limit, I’d never recommend this to anyone unless you were desperate for the pittance of £400 a month.
Honestly just go try your luck with a local recruiters place.

I have been with Restart Scheme for 6 months, during which time I have had correspondence and appointments with employment advisors and the recruitment manager at my local Restart Scheme office.
The service was very accommodating and it was great because the staff went at my own pace.
I wanted to improve interview skills and find work, to help with this we discussed interviews and any jobs I had applied to, they answered questions I put forward, and found other relevant jobs to top up what I was applying to.
This was productive and I felt that talking with them made the job search processes less monotonous for me.
Occasionally we also did pre-interview practice, doing this helped to get my words together and feel more ready for my job interviews.
They also offered to chase my applications by contacting the hiring managers of the businesses I had applied to, which really helped in terms of getting an interview and receiving feedback.
Overall I feel satisfied that my chances of employment have been remarkably improved by attending the Restart Scheme.

I appreciate my coach the most, Tsvetelina. An absolute ray of sunshine, perseverance and optimism. She never let me once feel as though I was unworthy or burden to our mutual goal of getting me employed.
I really want to thank her the most. Truly Because she deserves all the best in life; especially for a job where she has to constantly give so much of her energy, her emotion , and her time to essentially uplifting and helping people rebuild their foundation for working again.

Reed Partnership is a great company that genuinely helps people find employment and move forward in their careers. They offer real support, guidance, and encouragement throughout the process, which makes a big difference when you’re looking for work.
I especially want to recognise my key worker, Franco, who has been absolutely amazing. He is incredibly helpful, supportive, and always takes the time to listen and give clear, practical advice. Franco truly cares and goes above and beyond to help, which has made the whole experience much more positive and motivating.
I’m very grateful for the support from Reed Partnership and especially from Franco. I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs help finding a job.
