They stole my money!!! I haven't used their platform since 2020, and then out of the blue they took money out of my account. Their website doesnt work so I can't try and login to see if I still have an account with them or to talk to support. I messaged them via this Facebook page to demand a refund and for them to delete me from their system, but all I get back is "Hi, thanks for contacting us. We've received your message and appreciate you reaching out."

Very poorly run, constant issues, non-existent support and they just get away with it.

ABSOLUTE CRAP - DON'T BOTHER with it After paying for a lifetime subscription, the software is mostly unable to process a render or slow to the point of being useless.

Same here as other reviews on Reevio. Although I paid for unlimited access, access is very limited with bad gateways, glitches everywhere and projects that have been rendering for months instead of minutes. So now I'm using Videobolt and works like a charm.

Very bad company... They have took my money away with out providing services for it. The website is gone completely. Do not invest in it.

Used this service for several years. It was one of the best when it was working. Sadly the site went offline for several months. Now the front end is back and appears to allow people to purchase, but no product actually exists. When I log in I get a Bad Gateway error. They have gone out of business, but still appear to be taking money. Not a good combo!

Bought a lifetime subscription and they up and left. WTH? Where's the accountability?

I did create some cool videos using this software but since the pandemic, this company looked to have abandoned it. At first the website was slow to load. Today it is totally gone!

Pathetic. Was really counting on using this tool for years to come, it has some nice features, but, alas, the owners appear to have abandoned the platform. So disappointing - they should be ashamed of themselves.

Backed it as a LTD supporter, they went through a series of "upgrades" and added more cost to their platform, that has not had improvements now in years. They do not reply to any support requests and they tricked most LTD users into signing up for some added crap that serves no purpose outside of getting people to OVERPAY them for an UNSUPPORTED SYSTEM. Most of the "Features" in the system have said "Coming soon" for like 3 years. The Facebook group is dead, they do not approve posts and they just let their profit machine run. This company is terrible and does not care about their paying customers. Period.

Bought Reevio Lifetime and got some issues. No response from the company (is it a company?) at all. My advise: search for a REAL business

Don't waste your time with this company, you will pay for something you wouldn't have, and if you want to complain nobody will answer you, you can mail them 40 times or try to reach them via their facebook page nobody will answer you, they don't keep their words, thay do't deliver what they promises.

I am actually at my wits end. I bought a lifetime subscription then even upgraded it. None of it is working. Support don't rectify anything. I paid for Video blocks and they don't have it anymore.

Scammer company out to cheat you to pay the one-time payment deal and then stopped developing the platform. Platform is already dormant with zero new stuff for almost 2 years and NO ONE WILL EVER REPLY your email enquiries! BUY AT YOUR OWN RISK!

When it works it is great - the best online video editor there is.

But it's a very poorly run business. It takes forever to render videos and uploads sometimes dont work at all - all because they wont invest in better server resources.

And the customer support doesnt exist. They simply dont care that the platform is crappy. They ignore emails, delete FB comments and block comments in the group.

When it works its amazing - currently it has the stability of a bowl of jello on a bumpy road.
I have just spent 4 hours trying to get 1 30 promo video done and have nothing to show for it. Cant upload video's, cant generate previews, template files dont load and it just sheer frustration. That said at times it has worked fine and produced great results. Sadly these times are few and far between the fails.

Very difficult to learn with NO CUSTOMER SUPPORT - signed up several months ago and have NOT BEEN ABLE TO FIGURE OUT HOW TO USE THIS !!! Tutorials are awful .... want to contact them for a refund as I have not made even ONE VIDEO ...no way to contact them!! DONT GO HERE... Promo only MUCH EASIER TO USE!!!!

Purchased a Lifetime Deal with this company and everything was going well for the first 18 months. Easy to work editor and a fantastic video clip library from Storyblocks which i used to produce some slick videos for Facebook and Instagram. All for €100 or thereabouts.

Last week they took away Storyblocks from my account and replaced it with much inferior library called Pixabay. I questioned why they did this and was informed that I was given Storyblocks in error and that i would have to pay €150 extra to get it back.

When I complained they would not reply to my emails which to me,was evidence that they were hiding away from the fact they were trying to get me to pay more on a Lifetime deal. Support is very, very slow and it takes a day for them to reply to you, if at all! Once they saw I had an issue with their service they ignored me.

Even though I was going to pay the extra for new templates and Storyblocks video, I could not, as I had lost trust in them. If I did pay extra, what was going to stop them levying a new charge next year with the same excuse " you received it in error" ?? I put this to them and received no reply.

Its a pity because their editor was OK, experienced a few glitches from time to time and you cant upload new fonts, but apart from that it worked well for me. The reason I left for another editor was an issue of trust - after the gazumping for extra payment.

Be very careful of Lifetime Deals - they are not what they seem to be at the time of purchase and underhand companies will try to exploit this.
