I’ve had some negative experiences with Recruitment agencies in the past (where they get you to do all of these technical tests before they even speak to you) so I was pleasantly surprised by the professionalism.



I have since scored myself £250 for referring a couple of people I know who were looking for jobs and one of them interviewed.

Alex was great at keeping me informed, moving things along and convincing the company to make an offer sooner rather than later, so that from 1st interview to job offer was only 3 days!

From the first contact I had with Referment I was blown away by the professional way they conducted themselves.

The knowledge they had for the company I was interviewing for was second to none. This was more than who the hiring manager was, but a good technical breakdown of the product that helped me no end in the interview.

The whole team was on hand for a variety of questions they had for me. This even included giving me a platform to practise my pitch and a mock interview. The time and focus they put into preparing me for the role was incredible. This didn't feel like a recruitment company trying to place me, but rather a team of colleagues championing me to do my best.

I have since recommended a number of colleagues that I've come into contact with to make contact with Referment. It's clear that Alex is building something special here and I look forward to working with them as the team at my new company is built out.

I’ve found a couple of roles using Referment. They’ve been excellent at finding suitable roles, and keeping me updated on each application’s progress.

Unlike a number of other agencies, they’re very good at getting feedback from interviews, even if the interview itself wasn’t successful. I’d happily use them again / recommend them to others.

I heard about the Referment model which I didn't believe it at first. Referment were looking for a few profiles within technology and it just so happens a few good people I had worked with in the past were keeping an eye on the market.
