A friend recommended this company to me for the purchase of replacement printer cartridges for my Canon printer. The website is excellent and so easy to identify the products you require and the prices are amazing in comparison to Canon products. I ordered them late Friday afternoon and by 9.00am the following day they had arrived and that was with free delivery!! The products are excellent and I would highly recommend using this company. I certainly will be again in the future. Absolutely amazing service!!

Very good - although I could not see my printer (Canon iP4900) on the list and had to go the basis of the serial number of a previous order.

We've used Refresh for several years while running a business from home, and will still be using them for printer supplies now that we're retired. We're always impressed by the speed of dispatch (free delivery is invariably next day), the really competitive pricing of the items we buy, and by the quality of their compatible Canon printer cartridges. What's not to like?

I have been purchasing both ink and toner cartridges from Refresh cartridges for several years now and I have no reason to change to another supplier. The range and quality of products supplied has always met my requirements and they are always very approachable if I have ever needed to contact them. I have no intention of changing suppliers.

Good and fast service

The speed of delivery is really good. The cartridges are really good quality, I have had several now and they are easily as good as the 'official' ones - saves me a lot of money and we now have a printer with ink which was not the case before!

In the past I have used refresh cartrdges without problems, except messages from Epson warning I was using non Epson cartrdges. The last ones I used will not work. The message from Epson that cartridges are empty will not delete on the PC and my PC trouble shooter reports that the printer is switched off. I have not contacted Refresh. Help

Good value alternative to branded refills

Great website that guided me quickly and easily to the cartridges I wanted. Very fast delivery - arrived the next day. Cartridges work with no problems and are much, much cheaper that the own-brand ones. Why would you use anything else?

Service and price were good, apart from the parcel being left in the pouring rain!
