Awesome service. Helpful staff . Product was perfect

This was my first time purchasing an item from Refreshedbyus and the item was delivered real quick and is working perfectly. I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for a computer.

Prior to choosing a laptop I phoned for guidance and spoke with Dominic who made some suggetions and subsequently emailed them to me. I was very pleased with my subsequent purchase.
Every communication has been responsive, professional and excellent. A pleasure to do business with a company that cares about customer satisfaction.

Have purchased a few systems from RefeshedByUs now, each system in perfect working order and refurbished to a high standard, systems have looked brand new.

Quick and straight forward. No Hassel, and the Laptop was in excellent condition.

I've just completed my fourth device upgrade with RBU, and once again, their service and support have been impeccable. I have absolutely nothing to complain about.

This is the 2nd Dell laptop I have purchased from RBU and I only purchased a new one as the earlier Dell with Windows 10 became unsupported.
I was happy with my first purchase and am just as happy with this one.

I ordered a PC from RefreshedByUs and received it with an invoice from another company Vyta. I had an issue and attempted to contact RBU without success. This company seems no longer to exist and yet it is still taking orders?

Bought several laptops over the years and never been disappointed. I buy the refurbished B ones and they arrive as new. Told son and he bought 2 and is very pleased as well. I have had issues with them but you can actually speak to someone, very rare these days! They are always friendly and helpful and always sort something out.

Smooth service from ordering to delivery. The laptop is perfect and looks brand new. It arrived within two days of ordering.

I'm really happy with my purchase - HP Elitebook X360 - it looks tip-top and works perfectly.
Delivery was quick, the laptop was well packed and
customer service was exemplary when I contacted them (my mistake). All in all would definitely buy again from Refreshed By Us.
I also love the feeling I've helped rescue my laptop from the electronic scrapheap.

We had a little problem with the computer supplied to us through Backmarket. We contacted Vyta and they put us straight through to Refreshedbyus.
We spoke with Dominic Cooper who ran through a few things with us and then asked we return the laptop.
We had expected it to be a while but NO Less than a week later it arrived back all fixed. This is superb service. With the most helpful staff. We cannot rate them highly enough Thank you.

I received my laptop very quickly, but unfortunately it was faulty. I called up to report the issue, and was put on hold and then hung up on three times. I then contacted Customer Support via email, who were initially very helpful and arranged collection and repair of the laptop.

However, as soon as they had my laptop, they went completely silent. I received no updates from them. I had also specifically requested that the laptop not be delivered to the same address it was collected from, as I don't live there. Of course, this is exactly what they did. They also sent me a completely new laptop, but this was not communicated to me at any point.

Regarding the laptop itself - it's good value for money, but that's about it. Upon receipt, the scrolling function of the touchpad didn't work. This is a very basic function I would have expected any sort of quality testing to notice immediately. My partner, who works in IT, managed to fix the issue after over an hour of work. Two days later, I realised the headphone jack didn't work. My partner was not able to fix this, and due to RBU sending me an entirely new laptop, I must assume this was a hardware problem - meaning the original laptop they sent me had both faulty hardware and software. I really do question what, if any, quality control practices this company has.
