I rely on Chartpack markers for my artwork, Refuelled.com is one of the only distributors in the UK. My order arrived on time, using a reliable courier company, and they even added a treat in the parcel!
Great work.

I advise anyone against making a purchase with this company. After seeking redress via Paypal they did refund my money following a non-delivery but it took concerted action to get it. Their phoneline is costly per minute and, in all the time I had to pursue them, it was on answer machine anyway. Although confirmatory emails are recieved from them following a message, (replete with a professional looking 'complaint ticket number' - very high value number it is too - so I hope they didn't start with a '1'), 90% of emails went unreplied to.

As mentioned elsewhere with respect to this company, my feeling is that there never was an item and there never was a delivery. No explaination was ever given, no courier's name, tracking number or delivery notice was ever mentioned. All very odd. Just rapid debit of payment then nothing, followed by silence and lack of cooperation until I finally began recovery proceedings.

Some people report excellent service on here. While it may be that some items are delivered, I would doubt this company would be capable of both excellent service AND the suspicious behaviour I and others have experienced. So I would doubt the veracity of those claims.

If you do go ahead and chance a purchase I'd suggest you use a form of payment which will leave you with a form of refund/ reimbursment. DON'T use a normal Visa card.

I ordered something and turned out that item was discontinued, took my money and evades my questions when I emailed, responding only with that the item was no longer available - either customer service struggle to read or they don't want to answer me.

Don't order from this website. My items were out of stock after ordering but still took my money and don't reply back to emails or answer the phone.

I mistakenly ordered the wrong item from Refuelled and only noticed after I had taken delivery. I contacted Refuelled and could not have asked for more supportive and speedy customer service to resolve my error (even though it was during the busy Christmas period). I have always received great product from Refuelled in the past and now have certain knowledge that their service is just as good as their product. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

I ordered several markers, they didn't arrive and I have had no response form phone or emails, I got my money back via a paypal dispute.

I keep coming back to them for certain specialist items and they always seem pretty helpful. Any problems I've had have been resolved quickly.

My first purchase and to me it was huge money though to a business probably not such a big deal. However a discount was offered on shipping. The item took longer than expected to get to refuelled but it was sent out immediately and arrived in perfect condition. However there was a component missing and refuelled fixed this immediately. The lady I dealt with by email for my transaction was very pleasant and patient.
All in all I'm glad I found this store.
