Awesome products, great customer service
I got a Grade B ThinkPad from Refurb and I can't be happier with my purchase. The laptop runs fast with great battery life and it was exactly as was described on their website. The laptop came with some minor scratches, which I expected, but nothing that I can't live with. And they sent me a sticker to cover the scratches if I wanted. Splendid customer service. This will not be my last purchase and I will definitely recommend them.

The phone got here fast and it looks brand new, but it overheats after 40 minutes on tiktok so I can't finish a Netflix movie on it, but for short spurts of usage and storage it is a good experience.

You haven't given us your order number with your review, so i can't find the specific details for your order, and as such it's hard for me to comment on it specifically.
Our regular delivery time is 1-5 business days, and as far as i can tell we have not had any orders that extended beyond this for atleast the last 2 months. Therefore i would very much like to know your order number so i can get to the bottom of this review.
The Tracking itself is handles by the shipping company, either GLS or PostNord depending on what you have chosen, so if this is what you are referring too with your bad tracking comment, it unfortunately is out of our hands. If it is something else you are referring too, please elaborate so we look into it and improve :)

Hello Florin.
The machine you purchased has a dedicated graphics card, so it's important you plug in your monitor to the dedicated graphics card, as the onboard graphics output won't be able to display any signal when there is a dedicated card installed.
You can find the correct monitor plug on the bottom half of the back of the machine (when it is standing horisontally)
