Fabulous service with what was a difficult and at times frustrating chain. Professional, friendly, and always kept us up to date. Would use again!

Fabulous service all round
Fabulous service with what was a difficult and at times frustrating chain. Professional, friendly, and always kept us up to date. Would use again!
Exceeded my expectations, highly recommended
I would have no hesitation in using Regan & Hallworth again for selling my home. Despite for sale/sold signs never going up, my property was sold within days and exceeded the asking price. I was kept informed at all times from start to finish. Regan & Hallworth were professional, efficient and courteous throughout. Based on my experience I would highly recommend them.
Great experience buying and letting
I have had both experiences with Regan and Hallworth; buying a property through them, and renting my property through them a year later, and have found them to be on the ball and organised. Shout out to Jane Ruddy and Paula in sales, and Laura in Lettings. Swift replies, organised and trustworthy. Really taken the hassle out of letting my property and they found me a great tenant in a matter of days. Very impressed and happy to recommend.
Jane Ruddy is one of the best agents I have worked with!
Jane Ruddy is one of the best agents I have ever dealt with. Her patience, and professionalism extends far! It took almost a year for this sale to go through, and I would sometimes call Jane on a daily basis and she would never complain. Jane, alongside the team were always very nice and up to help with any question I had.
If you're considering listing your property, or perhaps buying, I would highly recommend Regan & Hallworth.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
Chronically ill tenants had asked to have their door repaired for months, but it was to no avail; if that's the standards of Regan & Hallworth, then you'd be far better suited looking elsewhere.
Unsecure and unsafe accommodation
Left good friends of mine, both of whom live with disabilities, in an insecure and unsafe property. Issues persisted after tenancy ended and have not been addressed.
I would like it if the estate agency…
I would like it if the estate agency could answer to the alleged state of the property in Wigan. ACORN members Lizzy and Roxy have reported they lived without a lock on the front door for 6 months. Does the agent think this an acceptable way to live? Do they plan to rectify the situation?
Unsafe, unprofessional, disappointing.
I lived in a property for 2 years, and almost 6 months the back door did not lock, or even close properly.
I tried and tried to get the landlord to fix it.
Regan & Hallworth being the letting agent meant i went via them. I emailed constantly begging it to get fixed. It was freezing cold all the time, and also an unsafe area with break ins in the community a lot (facebook community group asking for ring doorbell footage almost daily!)
it was scary and very stressful.
R&H just said they would contact the landlord.
This is not good enough. Why would they work with a landlord willing to let me live in an unsafe property?
If it was them in a house with no locked back door then i bet they wouldnt like to be there for 6 MONTHS feeling unsafe.
So disappointing.
Safety
The door in your tenants property was broken and did not properly close. This was reported to the estate agent in October 2023, but never fixed. You can't keep shifting the blame to the landlord, someone must take responsibility!
R + H Should take their tenants…
R + H Should take their tenants seriously when they report faults and make repairs.
Tenants in a property rented through…
Tenants in a property rented through Regan and Hallworth reported that their back door wouldn't close properly or lock and it took months for it to be fixed. They haven't been compensated for having to live in an unsafe house in an area with lots of break ins, not to mention the heating bill having an open door over winter. I won't be renting through them.
Tenants left with no lockable door
It is unacceptable that two former tenants were left without a lockable door for months on end. Regan & Hallworth you surely could have put more pressure on this particular landlord to fix it?
Tenants not cared for
,Tenants are not cared for, multiple experiences of properties being unsafe for habitation and unwilling to respond to and fix damage.
Everything a landlord should not be!
Broken (unlockable) door for 6 months!!!
My fellow Acorn members Lizz and Roxy were left without a lockable door in an area with frequent break ins, for 6 months! I think this is unacceptable. You can’t blame the landlord. You represent them! It’s your job to ensure the landlords you represent are letting safe properties!
There has been no apology made for this. I would not rent from Regan and Hallworth.
Serious questions to answer
R+H tenants Lizz and Roxy were left in a house with a broken lock for several months. R+H keep trying to shift responsibility to the landlord and won't take responsibility. Unprofessional.
We recently sold a property with R&H…
We recently sold a property with R&H Wigan Branch.Ive bought & sold property with them before.I would definitely recommend them .Very professional and very thorough.A very friendly team .

I just want to say a huge thank you to all the staff at your Wigan Office
From start to finish, the service we have received has been superb.
Special thanks must go to Megan Molyneux who I have dealt with for the last 3 months.
Her kindness to both myself and the buyer has shone through.
Her customer care skills are second to none.
A total professional who went over and above. ( and believe me, she was tested at times!)
Nothing was too much trouble. A lovely personality and such an asset to your Company.
Also thank you to Andrew Herterich.
Lovely guy, both personally and professionally. His valuation was spot on.
Finally, a big thank you to everyone.
All the staff were so helpful
I will certainly be recommending you going forward.
Our family of 5
Our family of 5, rented a house in Burscough for 3 years.. we always kept the property immaculate, as shown on every property inspection..
When we moved out, we went above and beyond to make sure the property was, as good, or better than when we moved in.....
After waiting just over 3 months for a DPS decision, they have taken our whole deposit for a plastic cover that's on the fuse box, because when you open it, it comes loose at one side... the landlord said that a brand new consumer unit was needed, £650 + VAT.
I feel they knew exactly how to take the deposit from a family who did everything they could to look after the property as if it was their own.
