Impossible item return
I've been trying to contact them since I received my parcel, which I want to return. They are not responding via email, website form, chat, or Instagram. As a result, they are preventing me from exercising my right to return the item within the legal 14-day period. Worst seller ever

Disgraceful
Ordered a pair of boots and they do not suit so I asked how to return these boots as you only have 15 days to return. They sent me a link which did not work and for the past week I have emailed them and asked how I can return and to where but have not had this information sent to me. I think they are not sending me this as they want the 15 days to pass and then I cannot return them. The worst website I have ever bought from so never again. I would like my 99 euro back please.
Appalling Returns Process
Returned boots by Royal Mail tracked with signature service. After several attempts to contact Company, they replied to say there had been no one at the returns address and the boots had been delivered to their local Post Office. I was told someone would collect them and process my return the following day. I have not heard from them since despite numerous emails from me.
I think this Company needs to be investigated as it appears numerous customers are either not receiving goods they have ordered or not receiving a refund when returning items. 12th November - The Company have now been in contact and issued a refund. It is a shame it took so much effort and stress to get the matter resolved. Their returns and refund process needs to be overhauled.

Terrible customer service
I had a pair of biker boots from this company, bought a year or two ago. I absolutely loved them they fitted so well (i have very skinny ankles so difficult to find something that will fit) and were really good quality. Unfortunately the footbed in one boot has completely collapsed and they are now unwearable. I contacted customer services a number of times to see if I could get them replaced or a contribution towards another pair seeing as I would expect them to last longer given the price but not heard anything back despite repeated multiple attempts. Such a shame. Won’t be buying again especially given the other reviews on here 😢

So I am changing my review as I got in contact with customer service. Sadly the pair of shoes I had chosen is sold out, but I got for the same price another pair. They arrived very quickly, are perfect quality and very beautiful. I am however not giving full stars, because it took 2,5 weeks overall and the purpose was not fulfilled. Anyway the shoes are great!

Very very very bad costumerservice. I want to send my order back but they don’t answer. I am afraid, when i send my order back to spain, they don’t pay me back. So, watch out!!! Don’t buy online.
Really poor customer service
Really poor customer service. I want to return my order and have followed the instructions on the RLC website. Nobody got back to me, so I sent a message on Instagram. I did get a response - they said they would get the customer service team to contact me. I am still waiting and I have chased them many times ….. radio silence! I don’t want to return the boots until the company has acknowledged, and authorised, the return as I have to post to Barcelona. I worry that if I return them without authorisation, I won’t get my money back, but they only give you a 15 day return period. I don’t know what to do next. It’s a shame as their shoes are really good quality - but I will never buy from them again.
Regarde le Ciel - my go to brand!
I regularly buy from Regarde le Ciel, the shoes are incredibly comfortable and good quality leather consistently. When bought the Analisa boots for my work Christmas party (I normally never wear heels) they were so comfortable they have now become an everyday shoe that I can comfortably wear on either a full day in the office or for dinner and a boogie with the girls.
Shocking customer service, and still no refund
I ordered shoe before Christmas, which arrived and everything, they were too big, So I was returned them by registered Post. I followed their instructions to send them an email to say I was returning the shoes. They received the shoes on the 24th of January, But I have not received by refund, I have emailed them numerous times with no response, I have DM on Instagram to be told someone would contact me, but no one ever does. Shocking customer service, do not buy from this company, I have lost €120.00.
Zero Customer Service
I have ordered a pair of shoes and I have still not received them 17 days later. I received a message informing me two days after I ordered them that they were with ups for delivery and then nothing. I have contacted customer service twice and have received no reply. So frustrating. I am hoping I will hear from them once I place this message here, as I notice another customer reached a resolution this way.
Poor customer service so far - resolved
Ordered a pair of boots for my Mum for Christmas. Arrived yesterday lunchtime damaged. Have emailed customer service several times but have no response. These boots are not cheap I would expect some form of response by now. Thai is a shame as I had bought myself a pair from this brand and the quality was excellent which is why I decided to buy some as a gift. Please respond to me regarding the damage.
Since writing this review I have heard back from customer services and was given the option of a quick delivery of another pair or a 40% discount refunded. I was very happy with this resolve and the money was back back to my account within a couple of days. It was worth waiting to hear back from customer services for this result. So I have add 3 stars to my original 1.
Cheap quality, not real leather
I paid 159€ for a pair of Regarde Le Ciel boots on Zalando, and after about a year of occasional wear the finish on the toe box started peeling off to reveal composite leather underneath. Not repairable, looks like cardboard. I wrote to the company several times, and sent pictures of the damage. I kept getting the same answer…we are sorry, would you please send pictures? The company is not reachable by phone.
Buyer beware. Not the quality they are advertising. Customer service is an automated joke.

Unreliable Customer Service
Unreliable company for online orders, very poor customer service. Orders did not arrive; one order subsequently re-despatched and received, the other still not received and chasing for a refund daily to no avail, no response from customer service. Footwear is high end therefore expect better. Won’t order again.
