Hello Mr. Chilson,

Thank you so much for taking the time to provide feedback on your recent RegCure Pro renewal.

I'm sorry to hear you're having difficulties, and it would be my pleasure to help ensure your subscription is fully functional.

I would ask that you please start by restarting your computer. Once this is complete, open RegCure Pro, click on the About tab in the top right corner. On this next page, please check the following:

* Product Version should be 3.3.37.
* Subscription end date should show as 12/16/2018
* If this is not the case, I would ask that you contact our support department directly so we might provide further support.

The satisfaction of our clients is of the utmost importance to the ParetoLogic support team; if you have any other questions or concerns, please don't hesitate to contact us.
