Ordered Garlic powder for chickens and the only instructions that are on the packaging is for horses! If the product is multifunctional, surely more information should be forthcoming. I appreciate that the amount you would use would be dependent upon the size of the feed, but this information is missing from the packaging and any information with the product itself. Could do better in my opinion.

Web site was easy to access and to understand my order was acknowledged quickly and the phone call I received was friendly and helpful despatch of the items was done on the same day and received the following afternoon excellent service and follow up

Karen is very helpful on the phone in offering advice. Prices are attractive and delivery is always very fast. I have bought several times and would readily recommend Regency Poultry.

Since getting our ladies in March, Regency have been very helpful guiding us with what we have needed... Mistake with something missing , it was promptly sent that day, brilliant service..
Products are very competitively priced , however only slight gripe with postage charges!!
That aside I would happily recommend Regency and will continue to use them.

I ordered a chicken feeder, it arrived promptly, though the postage was expensive. However we could not get the lid to fit so rang and explained the problem. Obviously they did not want to have the goods returned and asked me to try again and then to make an adjustment to the catches, which I was not prepared to do. After further phone calls they agreed to have it returned.
They agreed to refund the cost of the feeder but not the postage as they said it did work!
The receptionist was always polite and helpful the manager a bit bombastic.
Would certainly avoid this company in the future.

Customer service was excellent. Packaging could be improved as size and weight of 1200 egg boxes tied up with string and paper don't mix very well. The string cut through some egg boxes and left them in half. Having said that the value was exceptional compared to others, so l would still recommend.

I bought the Green Regency Treadle Feeder and am really impressed with the quality and the feeder's ability to keep wild birds and other vermin away from my chooks food.

I now leave food out all night so the hens don't have to wait for me to get up.
There were happy to use it right away and I hope the vermin will be put off by its moving about.
Most food was kept dry in a very heavy shower, impressive.
We have hung it from a tripod of canes so it is easy to move and refill.
