The feeder arrived quickly and was easy to put together. The hens are using it already with the 'trainer' hook to keep it open. All very good so far.

Unfortunately, as so often happens when you buy online, the seller is excellent, but the delivery company is less good. My parcel was left at a post office about 5 miles away. If it really needed a signature, why couldn't they leave it with the neighbours or at my LOCAL post office 1 mile away?

This is the first time using Regency Poultry will be using them again, i have 5 hens
but they stock everything they need,we have a country store in town stocking similar
products i don't like it there much i know you have to wait for the delivery but its worth it
2 day turn round from ordering to it being on my door step so i'm happy with that.

Very quick delivery, very pleased with the products.

I purchased an electric hen from yourselves , As I had seen a lot of good comments about this model. It arrived quicker than expected and was put to use straight away. Good solid structure, works perfectly.

Just a quick message to say a BIG thank you for the feeder which arrived, as you said today, Thursday, and it was well timed too!!!

I would recommend these feeders whole heartedly, as I bought one a little while ago, and even if the rubber strip falls off I have used a small tube of superglue frim Wilkos to put it back in place, and so far, so good.

The two products arrived very quickly and were as described on the Regency website. They look good on first inspection and appear robust enough to last for a long while.

Impressive service but the actual metal feeder was slightly disappointing as the lid keeps being knocked off by the chickens. Poor design by the manufacturer and I'd still use Regency as a supplier.
