There was a problem with one of the products i had ordered & i got a telephone response from regency poultry within 12hrs to rectify the situation. They could not have been more helpful or apologetic offering a great customer service. Putting the personal touch back into internet shopping. I will be using them again & would definately recommend.

Excellant service.ordered a leg metal drinker 9.15am Monday and it arrived 12.15pm Tuesday (27 hours)

After deciding that we wanted to keep a few chickens and various internet searches we came across Regency Poultry. On speaking with friends who already have hens they recommended we give them a ring. Wow! Great advice, good products at good prices and excellent service. Regency are now the first people we will contact for anything poultry related. Highly recommended.

could not supply product( hopper)

You packed a pop bottle drinker chickes ref 1205 when i ordered a plastic pop bottle drinker ref 1581 and i had to do a 62 mile round trip to pick the box up from royal mail Leicester dept !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I class it as poor service !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I tried to call number of time to your office just keep getting answer phone !

All the items I ordered were well priced and delivered promptly even though it was only a few days before Christmas when I ordered them.
