I contacted Regent Gifts when I made a mistake with my direct order to Coeur De Lion. I need to order a necklace not normally (new to) on the Regent Gifts web site an wanted to avoid the £9 delivery fee from Germany.
They were very understanding and immediately investigated the possibility of ordering the unusual item for me. they responded quickly and had it all sorted within 2 days and at a better price and no delivery costs. amazing. I now have the new item and will go direct to Regent Gifts in future for anything from Coeur de Lion. Thanks you to all the team at Regent Gifts - a pleasure doing business with you.
