Good documentation on the order and fast service to US.

Excellent delivery and pricing although the actual bookmark could of been wider in width because it feels slightly expensive for what it was, although I would definitely recommend Regent Gifts because they were brilliant in keeping me informed during an unavoidable delay.

It therefore would of been five stars if not for the width of the bookmark but still highly recommended and I am sure that they will look to improve on feedback.

Purchase made on Dec 25th ,
Paid 10 pounds for delivery within 7-10 days ,which is expensive.
Still hasn't arrived.(16 days)
Asked for a refund for shipping and was refused

Good communication leading up to Xmas which is always a plus!
They had all the items I wanted and they even rang me to check the order personally.

I was extremely dissapointed that when I ordered an item on December 24, selecting the DHL standard delivery, advertised as being 3 to 4 days, it is now 12 days later and I am still not in receipt of my item. In ordering early in the day on Dec 24, I was hoping to receive it by December 31.

Even allowing for all the holidays, the item will have taken a minimum of 2 weeks to arrive, and only if it gets here tomorrow. This is unacceptable and delivery times should not be advertised in this way.

I ordered 4 beautiful Colbort blue engraved glasses
The colour is stunning, this was bought for my Daughter who loves Blue.
From ordering to get them, very good customer service.
Will be ordering again
