poor customer service
received item which was beautiful but i felt claustrophobic in masque so contacted an hour later asking to return. never got response until following day saying if opened bag could not return. its a bit stupid to sell something for wearing if you cant try on without removing packaging especially if bubble wrapped. nit heard anything since. bad customer service
