The quality and the approaches in the course are so good and so engaging. The way the video was designed, the diversity of the assessment/exercise types is great. The customer service is okay, although there are days and hours when you do not get immediate responses. The certification or confirmation doesn't happen immediately after you complete the course, and there is a lengthy series of steps to get a confirmation that you finished, and you get your certificate days or maybe a week or so later, as the certificate is issued by a different site and is also issued only on Tuesdays every week. For me, after the hard work (20+ hours), I needed a certificate as a reward with no wait time or extra steps. Even after I was contacted by the Registrar Corps team, the steps were confusing, with some misleading guides mentioning "MyFDA" account. The links for the completion badges are not showing any image, both on LinkedIn and in email signatures, and were not very useful. I hope those aspects get fixed for the future for a completely satisfying trainee experience. Regardless, I recommend the training, and I will definitely be doing more of their courses in the future.

This was the second course I have taken from Registrar. I think the value here is you really have to focus and work for it. Both PCQI classes forced me to slow down and think and not rush through. I have spoken to people who took more of a classroom type training where you have groups working on exercises and learning. As long as someone in breakout sessions gets it, you move on. Having to achieve minimum scores of 80% to pass sections makes you study, and YOU know the material. I walk away from this confident I learned the requirements. The only area I would recommend, not so much as an improvement, but knowing my schedule as a department manager would be to further break out chapters to no more than one-hour segments. When I budget my time, I prefer to schedule one-hour blocks of focus time for things I need done. Even if you break a two-hour chapter into three segments, it feels like it hangs for three days before this session is over. Overall, I am going to use your format for future direct reports I require training for. I had one direct report who took PCQI in a 2 1/2-day on-line group session and she breezed through it. Now that I finished this, I know she missed a few things in application of the material requirements, based on my training. Well done by Registrar. Great class and format and I recommend this course to anyone.
