Their representative Joe was very rude. When I asked to cancel and a refund for the 4 remaining months he stated my reason was weak and he would not do that. Terrible customer service, DO NOT USE.

I reached out to Registrar to help with FSVP compliance. Once I paid them, stop hearing from them. I tried to reach out to them, no response. Sent multiple emails and made many phone calls, no response. They are terrible at what they do. I asked for paperwork needed for the FDA, nothing was given in response. Overcharged for some paperwork I cannot use for my next FDA inspection for FSVP compliance. You are better off figuring it out on your own or going to another company. Super disappointed.

Customer service is extremely poor—they do not return calls or answer questions, and they often fail to follow through on their commitments. The online training is useful, but beyond that, support is lacking.

Be cautious about the charges for basic tasks. For regulatory guidance, consider using an independent consultant or reputable organizations such as EAS or SGS.

This behavior is completely inappropriate and unprofessional. As the first point of contact for your company, such conduct is unacceptable. We will be taking our business elsewhere. I sincerely hope the call was recorded so that a senior manager can review what just happened.
