DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

Their representative Joe was very rude. When I asked to cancel and a refund for the 4 remaining months he stated my reason was weak and he would not do that. Terrible customer service, DO NOT USE.

FSVP Compliance - Registrar SCAM

I reached out to Registrar to help with FSVP compliance. Once I paid them, stop hearing from them. I tried to reach out to them, no response. Sent multiple emails and made many phone calls, no response. They are terrible at what they do. I asked for paperwork needed for the FDA, nothing was given in response. Overcharged for some paperwork I cannot use for my next FDA inspection for FSVP compliance. You are better off figuring it out on your own or going to another company. Super disappointed.

Customer service is extremely poor—they…

Customer service is extremely poor—they do not return calls or answer questions, and they often fail to follow through on their commitments. The online training is useful, but beyond that, support is lacking.

Be cautious about the charges for basic tasks. For regulatory guidance, consider using an independent consultant or reputable organizations such as EAS or SGS.

Excellent Support and Professional Guidanceertise

Throughout our correspondence, the representative consistently demonstrated a sincere and professional attitude. Their responses were prompt, clear, and always helpful, even when dealing with detailed regulatory questions.
We especially appreciated the thoughtful advice regarding FDA labeling requirements, which was both informative and reassuring. Despite a delay on our side, they remained patient and supportive throughout the process.
Thanks to their guidance, we were able to complete our label evaluation smoothly.
We are truly grateful for their dedication and would be happy to work with them again in the future should we have another opportunity to export to the U.S.

Exceptionally rude representative

I have never had such a disappointing experience with a partner. Julie was exceptionally rude and dismissive over the phone—she even hung up on me. This behavior is completely inappropriate and unprofessional. As the first point of contact for your company, such conduct is unacceptable. We will be taking our business elsewhere. I sincerely hope the call was recorded so that a senior manager can review what just happened.
