Personal registration plates
Good communication letting us know when DVLA had been notified and when new plates would be delivered to our address. It is cheaper than buying actual registration from DVLA then having plates made etc.

Experience was pleasant enough. Ok. One little quirk. I was charged £16-00 VAT on the £80-00 Reg’ retention fee. I believe. I believed this to be VAT free.
