Terrible experience – delayed shipping, incomplete delivery, and absolutely no response to multiple emails. I had to call and wait for hours just to get half a solution, and the issue still isn’t resolved. Completely unprofessional and unreliable. I strongly advise against ordering from them—I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone, ever.
More than 6 weeks after ordering and paying I have only received 2 of the 4 tyres. They are impossible to contact by phone and do not answer emails.

I wouldn't recommend this company. I ordered tires on the 29th of October and was supposed to receive these 7th of November. On the 15th of November (still no delivery) I started to investigate where are my tires. Their website said that they delivered tires on the 4th of November. It was impossible to contact anyone, whatsapp - no reply, call - impossible to connect, contact forms - sent many and finally got reply with excuses. I found out via delivery company that my tires were deliverd the 4th of November to their own warehouse! I asked refund, but I still received email that my tires have been sent again to me. Unfortunately same story now. They have been delivered to warehouse again (their website says, tires have been delivered) and not the the garage I asked them to deliver my tires. So, it's 26th of Novemeber and I still don't have my tires. They have managed to do the same thing twice, deliver tires to their own warehouse and tell me that tires have been delivered!
