Avoid at all costs
A very condensed list of what they did because review wordcount:
. Lied about there being no building manager that is actually B.hive property/APW
. Heavily damaged and claustrophobic building
. All tenants I spoke to agreed about how dreadful they were.
. Sapna was bullying, unprofessional and patronising.
. My correspondence was all ignored.
. Refused to supply meter readings.
. Everything in my flat was faulty/broken/terrible quality.
. No lights in building. Pitch black. Safety hazard.
. Infestations in building.
. My windows were smashed when I moved in and nothing done about it.
. Radiator, washer, oven etc all broke. Cheap terrible quality. Falling apart.
. Lift in building broke and was never fixed.
. Had to constantly pester them for repairs as I was always ignored.
. I ignored most issues in flat as fear of being evicted. They were that bad.
. Took over 40 days to fix broken washer
. Landlord had no idea how to dispose of old washer.
. Alarms always going off in building
. No privacy.
. Repairman very rude and threw my things around.
. Huge turnover rate for moving out.
. Sewage leak in building
. Package thieves
. Mould all over bathroom. They didn't do anything about it until a family member died and I was grieving and didn't offer their sympathy and forced themselves into my flat.
. Ignored fire alarm, building managers also ignored. Had to escalate to fire dept.
. Fire alarm constantly going off every night until I called 999 and it was sorted at last.
. They raised rent by a huge amount so I couldn't live anymore. My flat is now listed for £200 more than it was.
. They refused to give my deposit back.
. Disgusting, cheap, awful quality, overpriced flats. And the worst, laziest landlords imaginable. There are not enough words to describe how horrific my experiences were.
. Horrible experience. Made my life a nightmare. Seriously affected my health. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
