Flawless product, speedy service, small problem with delivery.
Everything turned out perfectly but almost not quite. When I received an e-mail with the delivery time, the address was incorrect so I was afraid it was going to be delivered to the wrong address. I wanted to alert the delivery service of this problem, but I didn't manage to reschedule online nor call anybody as is often the case with internet purchases. It turned out however that the address on the parcel was correct so I did receive it in due time. The only problem was the confirmation e-mail. I don't think this error is on Reindersshops' account though, it is probably a TNT issue. I'm very happy everything worked out though and I'm very happy with my product!
