Delayed Refund
After already sending emails, I still wait for my refund of a product that was delivered to you 8 working days ago. Normally that does not take more then 3 days. I only returned the product (T3 Tilley Hat) to order it at a different size, and until that time everything was good. But if I knew that I would have to try to get my money back I would have ordered the second hat elsewhere.
EDIT 23/03/2022: In the end after my last and this review, my money was returned through Ideal. Reisartikelen apologized and said that they had a technical error, therefore I do not have any other complaint against it

No delivery after 2 weeks!!!
I made an order of 2 large suitcases on the 15th November in preparation for my travel on the 26th November. Today it is the 24th Nov and i have not received the suitcases. I have never been so disappointed in my life as it seems I'm going to have to borrow suitcases from people after paying so much money for my own'. Bloody inconvenience!!!!!'
