ordered on the 26th sept #622706 we are know on the 2nd of october & still nothing, so i call them & the phone just rings before going to answer phone, so email them & nothing no reply apart from there spammy emails, this says as alot about these jokers

Used multiple times with no issues. Encountered a problem with the website where it was trying to charge postage even though it should have been free. Offered to include a couple of extra bottles to cover this until they fixed the problem. Prompt reply from customer service.

Very poor customer service. I paid extra for Royal Mail 24 but the order failed to arrive. They did not send a replacement for 10 days, apparently because that is their "policy", which they state as if it's the law. It is not; it is their decision not to offer their customers a decent service.

I purchased most of my e-liquids from rejuiced, good variety of flavours and some good prices. My orders always arrive in good time, and I'm always impressed by the quality of the juices. I once placed an order and didn't receive one of the items. I emailed customer service who responded quickly with an apology and dispatched the missing items same day. Very good company.

I placed an order with this company for 100 items of e-liquid on 15 March 2022. They notified me that they were unable to supply the entire quantity that I ordered and would I mind waiting two weeks so they could top up their supply. I confirmed I didn't mind waiting for the remaining 60 bottles. I chased again later in March and again on 25 April. On 26 April, Rejuiced accepted that it was unable to fulfill the order and that it would refund my money.

Guess what, I'm still waiting for my refund and Rejuiced has not replied to my email and nobody answers the phone.

Brought 3x Cuttwood vape juice
And they aren’t cheap
But….. Undid one and the nozzle to fit my vape is stuck in the lid. Now can’t use it ffs 🤦🏻‍♂️

Rejuiced is great, convenient and always on time. Delivery is amazing straight through my postbox within 2 days and ifs it’s ever been late customer services have always gone above and beyond. It’s great value for money and loads of variety. Been using them for multiple years and would highly recommend!

Can't say enough about this company, fantastic customer service, always quick to respond, sort out any queries and just all round brilliant. Have used them for years and will continue to do so

Excellent vape liquid supplier. Pleasant staff , great customer service and decent prices. Lots of lovely flavours and a flavour of the week to try cheap. Also the don't charge shipping on royal mail delivery. This is my go to company for juice now.

I have found a new favourite vape shop! The ‘Lemon Curd’ flavour is really great, and shipping was free and speedy. Also love the bottles that their liquid comes in!

I've been using rejuiced for a couple of years now and, not only are their flavours the best I've had, but their customer service is no less than phenomenal. Delivery is always next day and sometimes they go that extra mile to ensure I'm happy. Today's delivery was overwhelmingly wonderful - I really can't fault them or recommend them enough. This is a real review, I am a real person. Rejuiced is REALLY AWESOME!!!
