not the greatest experience the cream…
not the greatest experience the cream was very dry and when I try to get in touch with someone they said send it back which I have to pay my own postage. I don’t think so. I will have to order again. for the quality and faulty product, they won’t even do a free returns. You have to spend from your own pocket put something which is not good at their end.

Can’t recommend product and Reliable Medicare enough!!
Having previously done my research regarding whether to use Cosmelan or Dermamelan, I decided to go for the stronger one.
It arrived by DHL, I was sent tracking details and everything was basically perfect.
The product itself is quite strong. I kept the mask on for 7 hours instead of the recommended by dermatologists 10-12 hours. I have hyperpigmentation from 10 years ago, very visible and very defined. After taking the masks off, my face was sore and red, but nothing too drastic. I started peeling in thin large sheets on the 3rd-4th day.
A good percentage of the hyperpigmentation is gone really, but it takes patience. I have been using the home treatment twice a day, with lots of SPF. I’m peeling every couple of days. I can actually feel when I’ve burned my skin, anything I put on it starts to sting and next day you’ve got a gentle shiny patch of skin on your face - that’s the burn.
Everyone should know how much their skin can tolerate. I’ve been to a dozen dermatologists and I know I have surface and under surfaced pigmentation, that’s why I did everything myself - I applied the masks and took them off at my own risk and I’ve done great.
The home treatment is quite orangy, for those with very fair skin. I only used the SPF from the package once, and then switched to a transparent one as I don’t want to walk around looking like an orange.
I’d recommend this product a million percent even though I’m only into the second week of the treatment. I can see more even tone all over my face and can tell that the product is definitely worth it. I’m peeling a lot, which is another proof it’s working. It will eventually get to the bottom of that stubborn pigmentation.
One small note - I thought one pump of the home treatment isn’t enough for my whole face, but make sure your skin is not completely dry, so it’s easier to distribute the product all over your face and it’s definitely more than enough!!
I can’t recommend this product enough and Reliable Medicare for the amazing price they’re selling it for! If it wasn’t for them, I’d never be able to afford it and would continue having the horrible hyperpigmentation.

To confirm, you were not charged twice by us. Due to a technical issue during checkout, a duplicate order was placed. As we did not receive any communication prior to dispatch, both orders were shipped.
Although the items are normally non-returnable under our policy, we made an exception and accepted the return of the duplicate order. A refund has already been requested with our finance team. Please note that, due to the bank holiday, it may take a few additional days for the funds to appear in your account.

This was a very disappointing and frustrating experience. The website clearly advertised “free next day delivery” for orders over £100, which is exactly why I placed an order worth £145. However, this promise was not fulfilled — my order is now expected to arrive 5 days later.
This is false advertising and completely unacceptable. Customers should not be misled into spending more money based on delivery claims that are not honoured. If you cannot provide next day delivery, you should not promote it.

To clarify, our website clearly stated that to receive your order before the bank holiday, it needed to be placed before 5pm on Wednesday 2nd. Orders shipped on Thursday were therefore scheduled for delivery on Tuesday.
This is because Friday through Monday were non-working days due to the bank holiday, and our delivery service operates on a next working day basis rather than next calendar day.
