What an amazing experience I had yesterday when I called to reserve two seats next to each other on the plane. Firstly the phone rang once and was instantly answered, when was the last time that happened to you ? It was Shakeel Abbas I discovered later. At first I thought he was an answering machine I hadn't expected a human to answer at all. So surprised was I when he went on to secure my seats in the best part of the plane and was able to painlessly take payment over the phone. Rarely do you get such kind unrushed help over the phone. Shakeel you really know how to treat people well and your comand of the English language is brilliant. What a pleasure it is to deal with you. You really helped me. You are such an asset to any organization. I really appreciate you. Thank you so much.

I am not very computer literate, but the lady called Adeeba really helped me through the entire process.
I cannot thank her enough for making the experience so straightforward. As far as the company goes, to me it is a very reliable provider, and if required, I wouldn’t hesitate to book through them again.

Shakeel was helpful and professional. He was on the phone for about an hour and found us the flights that suited our needs. He also followed up with calls to ensure that we were happy with the changes to our booking.
